Using Cash For Cars was the best decision I made for getting rid of my car that threw an engine rod. Emmanuel called me within 5 minutes of contacting CFC, he was professional, polite, and his team made the process so much easier than I thought it could be. CFC would be the first place I’d recommend to anyone that has more car problems than is worth the headache of trying to repair. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

The process went pretty smooth. Delia was friendly and helpful. Waiting on the gift card she say I was to get. Didn't say how I was to get it. Hopefully it's coming in the mail.

Don't settle for the price that they bring to the table. I settled for a much higher price. You can always settle for a much higher price. They hounded me with 2 separate agents very unprofessional. As well as not transparent at all. It's supposed to be cash 4 cars. Not a check that might clear in 3to4 days for cars. You can also make more if you bring the vehicle to them. I'm giving them 2 stars because this was my father's vehicle, and it was very difficult to deal with letting this vehicle go, which I let them know several times they were not caring at all. However, I kind of expected that so wasn't really looking to be coddled, but definitely needs Extreme customer service overhaul. Firstly, I don't want to talk to some foreigner about my car here in the states. I wanna talk to americans with american jobs.? And secondly I had to do all the legwork myself, including asking for documentation for the car being sold so that I can then turn around and not have to pay my personal property tax next year as I don't currently own this vehicle.Anymore.. So I guess if your back is up against the wall, these are your guys 450$ 2008 Chevy malibu with damage to fenderwell break calipers and shocks. Plus front right headlight smashed in. Call around for Best Deal

Jain was very helpful from the beginning I received an offer for my totalled 2009 Toyota Camry in November 2023, however I ran into an issue due to me signing the title in the wrong spot which most companies don't want to deal with understandably. Fast forward to January after I received my new copy of title Jain honored the offer and scheduled pickup, received offer and I am pleased. Thank you Jain for great service!!!

The process was quick and simple the price was lower than I expected but higher than pick-n-pull

The staff persevered along with me when a mistake on the title was discovered. The entire situation took much longer than it shud have but the staff never gave up. The guys who came to pick up our car were quite dilligent with an extraordinary work ethic.

TLDR; Expect a quick quote with helpful staff, followed by a quick schedule for the transaction. Afterwards do not rely on them to arrive to pickup the vehicle at the expected time. Overall I think the service was acceptable. The quoting was quick and they were very kind and transparent about why they pay the price they do. I was then sent to dispatch to schedule the pickup of my vehicle. They did not arrive that day at all. The next day I called customer service for an explanation and they told me they had a problem with the tow company and they would instead come out right away today. They never came that day either. The next day I called again, and they explained that yesterday the driver called my phone but couldn't get through so they cancelled the pickup. I find that hard to believe because I use my phone on a work and personal basis daily and have not experienced any missed calls or issues of that sort, nor did I receive a voicemail. After this call however they quickly sent a new company and completed the transaction... Just 2 days after it was scheduled. So overall, the service was completed, but not as described. If you're in a pinch though, hey, it works!

The process was simple, easy, and straight forward. The individuals who assisted me were very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again, if the situation arose in the future.

Seriously fast, painless, and I got a great price for my wrecked car. I got a quote in a few minutes after chatting over the phone and texting pics of the car. Once I accepted the offer, i texted pics of my title & lien release, and set up a time to meet the driver. Two days later I met the driver, he handed me a check, and I handed over paperwork & keys. It took less than 5 minutes (and he was even a few minutes early!) — would highly recommend!

Overall, this was a terrible experience. The truck driver was extremely unprofessional and rude. If you decide to go with this company, be sure to set aside your entire day to wait on them to pick up your car. I had an old car that I needed to get rid of. I rescheduled my original appointment because I got stuck at work. I called and we set a schedule for the next day from 12:30 to 1:30. I then had to take off 2 hours of work to make sure I could be there for the pick up. At 1:45 there was no tow truck, and when I called, he said he couldn't get there until 3. At this point, I told him to just cancel the pickup because I couldn't wait around for a total of 3 hours on this guy to get my car. I told him I was very disappointed that he was not able to stick to our appointment (mind you, he didn't even call to tell me he was going to be late). He then said, "if you wouldn't have had to reschedule, I could have been there on time." He said he could cashApp me the money and pick it up when he had time. I told him no, since I had no idea if he would ever actually pick up the car.

The setup for selling my vehicle was simple enough. However, the process of towing the car was more stressful than it should have been. My time window for pick up was 1pm to 5pm, but my tow truck driver was late. He did call me with updates are 3:30 pm, and did not arrive until 6:30pm. I had to ask him multiple times to fill out my Title and Notice of Sale as he didn't seem to want to provide his information. He also attempted to buy the vehicle for a higher cash offer and did not accept my "no" until my partner stepped in. He forgot to write my check and asked me if he was supposed to pay me when I inquired about it. I think this would have been a more pleasant experience if I had a different tow truck driver. Overall, it made me feel like I was being scammed. Not sure if I would recommend or use this company again.

Martha was the person who help facilitate the sale of my vehicle and was absolutely great and made it super easy. These guys definitely upfront gave me the best price when others were trying to low ball. Would recommend this company for their overall ease of use and professionalism.

The offer and acceptance process was easy. I was told the vehicle would be picked up on a specific day. My husband waited and watched for hours. I tried to call in the morning to get an ETA, but the lot wasn't answering the phone. Several hours later I tried again and finally got through and was told nobody would be here until the next day between 1 pm and 5 pm. Ok, fine, we waited. 7:12 am the next morning the tow truck driver called and said he was on his way. My husband had to scramble to be ready. That's kind of annoying. Everyone's time is valuable. Please be better about arrival time accuracy. We were pleased with the tow truck driver and his efficiency. We got our check and he was on his way.

Great experience with the gentleman who made the offer and guided us with the next steps (getting the title signed, etc.)…however, our experience in dealing with the tow truck company (specifically dispatch) was terrible. We waited and waited for them to show up to pick up car (car was on a parking lot 45 minutes from our house), calls to them were confusing as every person told us something different. When we went back to the car the next day, we waited over an hour, again during multiple calls to the tow company we were told different things. The tow truck driver was very nice and the whole debacle wasn’t his fault as he just went when and where dispatch sent him.

Everyone was super helpful and responsive. Would use them again without question!!
