First Off Anybody that has found a lawyer to talk to about Copart feel free to contact me as I would be happy to talk to one in pursuant to suing this company for negligence as well as destruction of personal property and damages while my vehicle was under their care.
Safeco sent my vehicle to Copart for estimation of damages. My drive-train was fine wen it left my home to go to Copart ,when all was said and done and Copart sent my vehicle back home My Transmission,transfer case and maybe my engine was destroyed by damages either loading or unloading my vehicle off of /or onto the roll back truck that either brought it to them or from them . They have no pictures showing the damages were done before they received my vehicle (which is funny with all of the other pictures they took) I sent them a picture of my vehicle loaded up and coming to them with my drive train being in correct location and not damaged and I sent them pictures of the damages when I got the vehicle back.
If there was a ZERO star I would click on it.
I have contacted multiple members of management since the day it was finally dropped back off to me and was told to "do what I needed to do the last manager"
This is not the way a company should treat people and I am ashamed of Safeco for doing business with them as well.
I won't bother posting all of the pictures but here are 2 that clearly show the damage sustained from my dealings with Copart. This is just the first step in showing my unhappiness with Copart and the way that both ,myself and my vehicle have been mistreated.

This is one of the worst copartments in the US that I've ever seen. There are two women sitting at the table, and they are very, very slow. They should be fired. Terrible service!
Progressive had our truck towed to their “secure lot” where an adjuster would look at it. It was driven up on the flat bed. 3 weeks later when it was towed back it wasn’t starting, the windshield wiper assemblies were bent away from the windshield at a 90° angle and the spare tire with the jack missing. Also came back with the front end assembly of an Audi thrown in the bed. Bunch of crooks working there. Progressive needs to terminate their contract and find a trustworthy company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!
Stole my car from schaeffer autobody even though i had never agreed to their settlement offer and when we called demanding a towback on the car, copart told us the only ones they would release the car to was under USAA discretion. Not going to fly as i never signed the title over, nor agreed to the settlement offers or signed release papers. This is disgusting and my car was unlawfully seized. This case has been reported to the Missouri insurance commissioner.
Their driver stole personal belongings out of my vehicle. When I brought this up they said “I don’t know what to tell you we are not responsible “ on top of that all my stuff that wasn’t stolen was just thrown in the trunk of the car without car, awful rude company. Lawsuit is on its way
Ladys very rude and unprofessional, we drove 19 hours and they not take the same payment, we couldn’t find where to pay and they not even help you to let you know where. We had to stay 2 days there
Called twice to confirm they could help remove my camper shell from my truck with a forklift before renting a trailer to get it home only to get there after renting a trailer for management to tell me no. The lady at the counter was great but her managers are awful. Wasted my whole day and $100 rental trailer down the drain.
I called and got passed around like a rag doll. I called because I spent 8000 for a clean title and got 1 with a loan against it , 7 years ago I bought 3 salvage titled cars and no problems!!!!!!!!!!!! im pissed they do not help here. So plan on law suits!
I appeal to the management of this copart, I won a car that starts and drives, the person who came to pick it up calls me and says that she does not have the keys, although there are two keys in the photo. I ask you to take measures towards your subordinates, and do not fool people because my two friends have the same situation on this same coparti. I ask them to find the keys and return them.
We drove 3 hours to come pick up a buy it now car and let me tell you that this is the absolute nicest copart facility that we have been too. The entire staff was friendly from start to finish. We will definitely try to buy from here again. After putting in oil, coolant, and a new battery we drove the car 3 hours back home.
Can't give 0 stars? They close at 5...but not really. If picking up a car you must be there before 4:30pm. I got there at 4:32pm and the doors automatically lock.
Now mind you, I had to call them 4 times throughout the day for different issues out of their control, not once did they give me the 4:30 disclaimer. Nor is there any obvious and apprent sign. This place is 45 mins from where I live, and not one of the 15 employees pretended to feel bad. The customer service is at an all time low as is the standard now.
Tried to view a car just like I have numerous times before. Today they said my name was not on the account. So I log into my personal account which I have also viewed vehicles with in the past… And they tell me that my account is inactive and not eligible to view.
I Purchased multiple vehicles a year from them and they refused to let me view like I always have… my wife has never been the one to inspect the vehicles or pick them up. I’ll be looking into other auction houses tonight.
I get them trying to keep hooligans out of the yard, But someone who has a history of buying vehicles and you refuse to let them view a vehicle? that’s not good business sense.
You have to bribe or pay the loader, or they won't load your truck. I have not seen the level of incompetence at any other copart or iaa. I must have yelled at the guy to finally got loaded.
This place was known for being dysfunctional, but what I saw yesterday was beyond my worst expectation.
Terrible customer service I've called 4 different times to try to locate lost plates. Every time I call they say they will look and never do. This is beyond ridiculous and the worst customer service I've ever seen. Finally someone helped me and found them! Brittany I appreciate it! What a struggle.
Zero stars for this terrible location. Stood at the front desk for an hour without so much as a greeting. Employees can be seen having personal conversations and using their cell phones. Finally got assisted 5 minutes before closing and was told there's nothing they can do today, as they stop pulling cars at 4:30 and to come back Monday. I arrived well before 4:30 and was ignored by office staff. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
I would’ve given them 0 stars! Worst customer service ever seen, bought my car July 2023 as they stated run and drive on their website. Mita their office manager was totally useless and had no idea what she was doing they kept telling me different stories one time they said car has been picked up and other time they say car is there I was really confused because of their terrible customer service. Every time I call they put you through Copart in different states and different locations. Until February 2024 finally was able to get the car shipped to me and it needed an engine. No refund no help no nothing. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. Absolute scam and terrible service.
These employees don’t even deserve minimum wage. The general manager along with the illiterate employees treat customers with disrespect. If it’s Friday don’t bother showing up, they mentally clock out and just sit there and refuse to help.
These people are criminals. Worst customer service on Earth. Sneakily will come steal your car when they told you another time later to have it ready. Absolutely crooked awful racket. Then if you even get to talk to someone they give you 30 steps to get to your car to retrieve your things. Avoid this place.
I’ve been using Copart locations all over the US, but this location continues to frustrate me every time I try to view cars, buy them, or even ask basic questions over the phone. I called yesterday, 1/22, to make sure they hadn’t closed due to the inclement weather so I could preview 2 vehicles going to auction today. Was on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer, while I decided to make the 45 minute drive to their location, only to arrive to a note on the door that they were closed. I could see people inside, trying to hide from me, and people in the yard loading vehicles. It’s 2024… can you not post a voicemail in situations like this? Knowing how people ignore me forever when I show up to do anything, I anticipated that this was a possibility, but I would not have wasted an hour and a half round-trip to get ghosted at the door if you could provide basic customer service. Trying really hard to understand why I don’t switch my membership over to IAAI.
Worse is calling to load cars, I've been waiting for over an hour for them to bring my car and so far nothing, there are 8 forklifts but no one working. They appear to be sleeping.
This is an awful company to deal with, I was forced to deal with their towing dispatch for an insurance claim and their service is awful. Repeated no shows, excuses long hold times and (most likely intentionally) disconnected calls. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.
Bought 3 vehicles at 1 time from this yard. All 3 were listed as run and drive and no mechanical announcements. ALL 3 OF THEM WERE NON RUNNERS AND ALL 3 HAD BAD ENGINES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THIS YARD!!!
Before you even respond with a customer service number located in Dallas we all know they have nothing to do with yard operations and they won't offer any solution or help so don't waste time. Please hire a COMPETENT worker to describe vehicles because high volume dealers like me who consistently get screwed over and over from lack of care eventually stop buying
I've used this company twice now. It's kind of like playing a slot machine. There's one lady who works in the office who is really kind and helpful, the rest are pretty difficult to have a conversation with. When I called to ensure that copart had all necessary paperwork to complete a transaction, I was questioned vaguely, and greeted with ill manners and short temper from the woman on the phone. I'm very sick of having my day further ruined by the customer service representatives at this location, therefore I will be avoiding any further business with Copart. I hope you people can get it figured out sometime.
I feel that someone that works there should at least acknowledge someone when they come in the door. After 5 customers standing in line, someone must have told the workers to acknowledge us. Jennifer that waited on me was rude and unprofessional. She definitely needs customer service skills! It was very rude to take people out of order too!
Worst copart location ever among rhe others, extremely limited loading area, filled with disabled vehicles,some people trying to fix cars,even use their application for appointments do not expect to get your car in timely manner, one positive thing they moved to new building next to outdated office
I've purchased 2 cars from this location and I've returned to look at other cars as well. Service has always been great, it's a busy atmosphere but so far every employee I've needed assistance from has been great and very helpful.
They've loaded my purchase onto my trailer in a timely manner and provided a jump box if needed to preview cars. I had an issue with a title and the manager James immediately took care of it and has been easy to reach to get updates.
No complaints at all.
