We were on our way home to Kansas from our vacation when our SUV broke down in Nevada Missouri. Our insurance company called C&H towing and dispatched a driver for us. Ricky called to let us know he was on his way and confirmed the location. Once he arrived, he was extremely kind to our situation and very professional. He took extra time to make sure our vehicle was properly secured before towing. EXCELLENT customer service, highly recommend your towing company, especially Ricky. It's rare to find this level of service in today's world. Please give this young man a pat on the back and a raise, he deserves it for a job well done!

Our daughter blew a tire on the highway while on her way back from vacation. She was too far from us and too far from home to get help easily. Instead of using our insurance roadside assistance, which always takes too long, I called this company who promised to send someone out ASAP. They were incredibly helpful and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to handle.
When they didn’t have anyone immediately available, the owner himself came out to assist her. How awesome is that? He was so friendly and kind, making her first experience being broken down far better than it could have been.

Kate was awesome, my older Truck had not had the spare down and probably over 10 or 12 years, I was ready to give up, but Kate wouldn’t quit, she kept working at it till we finally got it down, it was a Saturday and no tire stores were open, thought I’d be spending the night in a small town in Missouri, but Kate made it happen
They was there very fast and was so generous and nice and helped my daughter.
When she was stressed after the wreck, I would recommend them to anybody. They've done a great job.

My father in law’s 56 Mercury broke down on the way home from Route 66 car show in Springfield. The driver who came to get the car was very careful to load it without scratching the pipes. He worked hard to make sure it was treated with care. All that while dodging cars on the highway that didn’t get over. Rick was great!
I had to get my truck towed and our tow truck driver was amazing. The driver side front tire was completely destroyed and she still somehow got it on the truck without causing any damage. She was super friendly and had a really great attitude for being as hot as it was outside on top of it being a difficult job. I would recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again!

I lost my keys to my Jeep at Boy Scout camp, and after trying a few locksmiths, I was down to towing my vehicle to the dealer to have a new key made. C&H showed up, got me hooked up, and headed to Lees Summit. When I walked back into camp, a leader saw me and told me someone found my keys. I managed to get a hold of the driver, and she turned around and beat me to the parking lot. They could have easily charged me the full price, but the owner said he doesn't operate that way, and refunded a large chunk of money back to me. Integrity isn't a virtue found very often in the towing business. Hopefully I never need to be towed again, but if I do, they will be my first call I make. Thank you from the bottom of my heart one more time.

We contacted AAA about needing a tow and they called C & H. Outstanding service! Brody was my savior today. I accidentally locked my keys in the van as I left to go pick up my husband from his physical therapy. In a mere matter of minutes he was as there to unlock my vehicle. Extra kudos because he crawled between the front seats over the console to get my keys from the back of the van, all the while the car alarm was blaring! Brody was very polite and went above and beyond to help me out.

After nearly an hour the rental company was going to send a truck from St Louis area. I chose to use my AAA Premier service to avoid an approximately 3 hour wait, just for the tow to arrive. A local tow was attempted, but wasn't available. C & H responded out of Collins MO to Bolivar. and took the rental to Roy Blunt Airport near Springfield. Where we were able to get a replacement vehicle. Kevin and April were as a accommodating as they could be and I am pleased with their professionalism and late night assistance/ rescue mission.
