Best place I've ever purchased a vehicle from. Jill was super helpful and patient in the process of helping me to finalize the deal. Totally no pressure to purchase and they treated us like family. Both the sales agent Jill and the owner Jeff stayed an hour late on a Saturday (it was holiday weekend too!) to make sure I was able to leave with my vehicle instead of having to make another trip from Joplin! It was a great experience!

This visit I just needed to get new keys for my Edge. They had to order 2 keys but I stopped in today and they were able to cut and program 2 keys and i was happy and it all went really fast. Keys work. Car still running. Fobs now work properly.

the service Dept has been awesome and does everything in their power help you with your truck or car. I have had keys deleted an programmed an now my truck in there with issues being fixed. Fast diagnosis. Hopefully easy fast fix. Thanks Guys and Cindi

Stopped in due to an article in the Rural Missouri magazine. The owner was very kind and took us on the mini tour. Truly an enjoyable experience. Like stepping back in time 100 years. If you're ever in Appleton City I highly recommend visiting.

I had the smoothest, quickest, and most laid-back car purchase of my life at Zink Motors. They were worth the drive! Bill and his colleagues are straight shooters who offered a fair price without any gimmicks or surprise fees. As a bonus, the dealership is a living Ford museum, designed by Henry Ford himself. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Bill was awesome to work with. Being from out of state, the buying process was a little different than what I'm used to. We had a couple discussions by phone about a truck I liked. Bill answered all my questions with patience and also offered a few suggestions to make the buying process smoother. A quick test drive told me everything I needed to know. Just wanted to give a quick Thank You to Scott in the service department. Almost noon on a Saturday and the FedEx truck I was driving had a tire leaking and I just tried my luck since I could not find anywhere open and the local gas stations air pump let more air out of the tire instead of putting any in. Even with the service dept closed on the weekend Scott did not hesitate to change the tire out for the spare that was in the truck and had me back on the road fairly quickly.

Jeff Hawkins was very kind and amazing to work with when buying our new car. He gave us all the information, didn’t push or rush us, and answered all our questions. Everyone in the dealership was quick with the purchase and great. We are happy we bought from this location.

I found a 2019 Ford Taurus with 3300 miles, the dealer was asking a couple thousand above market value for obvious reasons. There were at least 3 of us wanting this car, I happened to be second in line. Instead of letting a bidding war break out the sales consultant gave the guy who responded first and offered their asking price until noon to provide his deposit or lose the car. He did not give a deposit so I was next in line, that simple. Provided the deposit and had a wonderful experience with Bill and the crew at Zink. The history of the building is fascinating. My only disappointment in the process is the car needed to have the coolant changed according to the owners Manual, and they charged me $200 for that and when I picked the car up I had to drive across the street to get gas because it had less than a quarter tank. I would absolutely buy a car from Bill and the dealership again. Their integrity and honesty stand out in a business riddled with con artists. But, next time I will make sure whatever maintenance prep to sell the car is absorbed by the dealer, that is why I paid they the dealer fee to begin with. Highly recommend asking for Bill and buying here

We hate buying new vehicles due to the whole process of dealing with sales and finance manager. That said, this was the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. Our salesman Bill was totally no-pressure, answered all our questions, and was the most easy going salesman we've dealt with before. My wife mentioned that he's not a salesman, he's just a dude and how refreshing it was to deal with a guy wearing blue jeans and not they typical salesman apparel of slacks and pullover. The paperwork at the end took five minutes at the most and there was no high pressure to buy and extended warranty, etc. We knew it was available if we wanted it but it wasn't pushed on us. He too wasn't some slickster, but a typical blue jean wearing guys guy. The vehicle price was fair from a book value from the start so there wasn't alot of need to dicker back and forth. There's just something to be said about dealing with a small town/rural business. We'll never buy from a big city dealership again. Thank you so much for the good experience. By the way...love the F150.

We purchased a f-250 powerstroke from Zink Motors Co a few weeks ago. We made the trip down from Minnesota and were absolutely pleased with the pickup and our experience we had at Zink. Top of the line people and a phenomenal building. So thankful for the help and tour of the building we got from Bill. Thank you Bill and the rest of the staff at Zink!

My husband found a wonderful truck, by huge blessings, online. This truck had just been taken in by Zink. We made a 2 hour trip to go see it one evening. Bill "Billy" is who helped us, and he was top notch from the moment Eric spoke with him on the phone. We made put some cash down to hold the truck until we could make it back that next weekend. When we pulled up, the truck was sitting out front, ready to go. These folks are NOT pushy, no bs, but instead treat you like family! My husband and I, both, said we will most definitely look at them for future vehicle purchases!!

There are no words to explain how grateful I am to the people at Zinc. I was at a loss when I hit the animal on June 5th it devastated me. I tried every mechanic around and most either had a 3+ week wait or wouldn’t even look at my car. I had gotten a previous quote to the damages and was given an outrageous price and a wrong quote my last resort was Zinc. They got me in within a week and fixed my car in a day and gave me amazing customer service along with a great price!!!! And went above and beyond to zip tie my front bumper back together. I’ve never had a better experience, I will be coming back in the future love love love these people. THANK YOU!!!!

They made it fast and easy once we were able to go get it, they had all the paperwork ready to go and the truck as well! Best dealership I’ve dealt with! After looking online Zink was the only dealer in our area with the vehicle we wanted, a Ford Expedition Max with 4wd. The drive there was totally worth it! They were nice to work with, had it ready for a test drive, and were all ready with the paperwork. We had our own financing ready and they didn't try to push anything else on us.
