I like to buy parts from business like yours. I ordered a part yesterday 1/22/26 at 3:30pm I asked Matt about next day shipping and he took care of the part was out the same day. I received the part today in the morning 1/23/26 at 11:30am, he was really helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. I definitely gonna continue doing business with you guy's.
LONG OVER DUE REVIEW i’m gonna start off by saying i bought a 2016 ram 5500 rollback here in 2017 truck had 60,000 miles when we bought it, now years later the truck just hit 660,000 miles original engine and transmission, truck was used every single day and is still used every single day in tennessee i just hauled two cars from tennessee to michigan with that mileage original bed, wheel lift hydraulic lines everything is original, right around 70,000 def started giving us problems we did the right thing and deleted it lol the truck is used and abused since 2017 these guys HAS TOUGH TRUCKS AND I MEAN TOUGH if you haven’t already bought one from them you need to this as of now i plan to buy a new truck from them again when i hit 800,000 miles or it gives up whichever comes first gives these guys your business because they’ll always have mine.
I’ll start with the good. Sales were very responsive. They answered every phone call.
Now with the bad. We spent 269k on a used wrecker and 11k in equipment while we were there. I was told truck was fully serviced, inspected and ready to go. This company has great reviews so I didn’t go through the truck with a fine tooth comb. (My fault) Drove the truck 50 miles check engine light came on but made the 800 mile trip home. Got to shop the next morning noticed dates on filters were from a year prior. (They did offer to pay for a service so I gave them an extra star) Truck was in derate due to DPF problems, massive oil leak, both lift cylinders leaking (dripping fluid on the ground). No leakes were present when I was there, pretty sure they cleaned them up so we didn’t see. We put new tires on (didn’t need them just weren’t right tread for us) all break pads were not DOT LEGAL. Marker lights that were on a separate switch, didn’t find the switch till I was home and 6 of the 12 light were burnt out along with corroded wires. Needless to say, these guys do ZERO MAINTENANCE OR INSPECTION PER SALESMAN BEFORE THEY SELL A USED TRUCK. I understand it’s used, I’m ok with fixing things, but I feel lied to. I wouldn’t buy another truck from them again.
We purchased a rollback from here and Jason was very knowledgeable and very helpful with our transaction. They really go above and beyond with their professionalism. I would highly recommend them for any need that they provide.

Have done business-with this company for 16 years and will never do business with them again, every truck, and I mean every truck new or used leaves there with issues and zero support from Randy or the owners, do yourself a favor and spend your money with another dealer that values customers that have spent millions of dollars in buying towing equipment,$165k later and told to take it to the dealer it must be a ford paint issue ,not overspray, and the pto light stays on as well
Guys aren’t very friendly not great customer service ether took several weeks for them to give me a trade in value still didn’t get it just got a text from Jason saying he don’t want to insult me cuz he seen the truck on Facebook lol I have seen what these guys sell trucks like mine with 150k miles or more for 115,000 wayyyyy more then my truck they just want to lowball people and expect to get top dollar for there high mileage wore out trucks.read the 1 star reviews it will back up all of this over priced trucks and rude salesmen.

I bought a 2018 F550 from you and have had nothing but problems with it you sold me a POS that you obviously did not inspect it being it was actually missing parts for the fuel system I have had this truck for barely over a year and have almost $18,000 in repairs you have lost a customer that is for sure

I have been a customer for a little over 6 years now. I bought my very first truck from Purpose Wrecker, and just recently bought my 6th. From their sales team, to parts and service, they are all great. Something that sticks out to me as an employer, is their low turn over rate. I deal with the same people every time I’m there, It says something about the place and the way they treat people.
Tony Kroninger in Truck Sales and Matt Malpocker in Parts have been great for our company. I can't tell you how many trucks and trailers we have bought from him, including our 75 ton rotator. We have been buying trucks from Purpose Wrecker since the 1980s. Matt Malpocker has come through for us time and time again with parts to keep us rolling. We are 8 hours away from them and drive past other dealers on the way to do business with them.

Matt In parts is a great guy always have had good experiences and he is friendly, everyone I talk to says the same thing. He is very knowledgeable about his products and takes pride in his craft, I highly recommend seeing him for tow truck part needs.
Had a great experience with Jason. He listened to what we wanted and was able to build is exactly the truck that we wanted. He did a great job of communication the entire build and the fit and finish when it came in was very good. I would highly recommend Purpose for any of your towing needs.
Excellent service and great prices. Friendly people and very easy to work with. Randy even picked us up at the airport. We signed a few papers and were on our way back to Columbus, Ohio in no time at all. This was our first time purchasing a heavy duty wrecker and Randy made it seamless and painless. We love the 2019 Kenworth 25 ton that we bought! I highly recommend Purpose Wrecker and I'm looking forward to doing future business with them myself!
