These guys are trying to sell parts from a 13 year old TOTALED vehicle at the same price you can get it for at the dealership for brand new. These guys are a complete joke. Laughable professionalism since 3 guys were just sitting around in their office and not one of them could answer the phone before I arrived. Glad I knew what the price of the part was before getting swindled by Jack's Auto Sales & Salvage.
- Edit - Just called the next junkyard I could find, they had the same part and sold it for half the price these guys wanted. Seriously avoid this place for used parts.
I had been looking for a replacement rim for my car for over 2 weeks, finally my mechanic told me to try this place & they had a few. I was able to get it for cheaper than the places online that I would have had to wait for. They take the part off for you & have it waiting when you arrive.
Definitely take the part that you're replacing, or you'll get charged a core charge.
I will definitely go here again in the unfortunate event that I mess something else up on my car.
Great place. Very helpful with buying my daughter's wrecked car. Very friendly staff. We wanted something off the car and they were very nice to take them off the car for us. You ever need used parts Jack's is the place to go!
I was looking for a tire to get off the side of the road.
The guy who answered the phone shouldn't be answering the phones! He ask me to wait then said call back when you can talk as he hung up on me... It was 4:30pm and clearly my problem wasn't his problem..

Been buying from these guys for years they usually have what I’m looking for and give me fair pricing. I just was there yesterday buying parts off of a Honda element as I’m usually seeking Honda parts and the guy was pretty cool about everything.
Complete and total joke of an experience. They'll tell you one price today, then undercut you tomorrow when they come to salvage the vehicle. Scammy vibes all the way around when dealing with them in every single interaction. Would give 0 stars if I could

As one business to another, we hate to write a negative comment or review upon someone else, however; we have contacted them on several occasion for a part. We were told that they are working on taking the part out of the vehicle. After waiting almost 5 days for them to get the part, and sadly we have told our customer to wait as well. After making us wait for 5 days plus, they informed us that all their stuff had been off and have family emergency and want us to wait until next week. We asked for a supervisor and sadly the supervisor was rude and didn't care about our business. As an owner of that junk yard business, I wouldn't be comfortable knowing someone like that is running my business and getting paid.
Got a spare tire for my Prius here. A worker there located the exact needed tire for my car, and even aired it up and loaded in my trunk for me. Great service!
I definitely do not recommend this place. I had to come there three times. After getting my wheel size wrong the first time, the tire they gave me is dated 20 years old and has dry rot. This place is a joke. No quality assurance whatsoever.
So I had to fix a passenger front door and fender on a 2019 nissan sentra. Drove 4 hours for the parts. The dumb people behind the counter said a 2013 fender and door would fit. Trusted them. Doesn't fit even remotely close, like my hood wont close and it doesn't line up with the headlights, now I have to spend more money at a different place trying to find the right parts. Figure yourself out.
Called for the part prices. Charles spent time to search multiple yards for me and gave me prices on multiple parts all at diffrent junkyards then there's. Shows you there willing to help you get the part you need even if they don't have it.

I'm from Louisiana and Jack's shipped me a hard to find core headlight for my 2017 Chevrolet Sonic. I pieced three headlights together and fixed it. They gave me a great price as well. The plus is that they shipped from Missouri to Louisiana at my doorstep very fast. The same day I paid was the same day they shipped. Very highly recommend place for hard to find parts.
I would have given zero stars but could not figure out how to do it. They either lied to me or their process stinks. I called and asked for a sun visor for my 2009 Camry. They said they had it. I drove from Ofallon to St Charles. I get there and they said we will see if we can find the car. Actually two cars. A while later the guy comes back and said all the sun visors are missing from both cars. So, do not believe them when you call and ask if they have the part you need. They dont know.
Called them on a Friday at 4:26pm they close ot 5 pm I was coming from wentzville so it's a good 30 mins at least to get go them . I ran into traffic and was going to be 16 mins late I called and they were more than willing to wait for me .. on a Friday night everyone wants off early ! But they stayed that's awesome. ! And may I mention the part was also $10 cheaper than the other guys right down the street ! And came with a 90 day warranty ... I'll be back for sure! Thanks again!
7/30/2021 come in from the north end of main. south end road closed have to walk. great people really helped me a lot, even carried big part to my car after I walked there.
I had a excellent Beyond professional experience called about getting a transmission for my dodge Durango they stayed after hours to check and make sure the transmission was in good working condition and for me to pick up after hours i would highly recommend for my future business they have a customer for life
I called on Wednesday and they pulled and delivered my needed transmission by Friday. Not only was the part there prior to my expectations it also came with a 90 day warranty from the day of installation. I am beyond pleased with my experience and will definitely use them in the future if needed.
I was involved in a roll over accident. A towing company had my vehicle and I didn't have the money to pay the the towing fee. My vehicle was totaled so they paid the towing company the remainder of the fee even before they had the title. They were the voice of reason and kindness in a very stressful time. Thank You
Sometime ago there was a miscommunication on how much money was to be exchanged. We thought it was one thing while the company thought it was another. Well the people over at Jack's called a few days later and apologized for the misunderstanding. This shows professionalism and honesty. I would recommend them to others due to their honesty.
Wow. I just got some great service from all of the friendly folks here. Didn’t expect it! Came in for a relatively small part.
They gave me a fair price, made sure I knew exactly how to use it, gave me a demonstration, and then a third person offered another tip on my way out! I will definitely call them again, should I ever need parts.

Bought an engine from this place for my f150. They said it runs great. Tested it at the shop where my truck is at and it had a knock and the cylinders we're bad. They dropped it off but wouldn't pick it up so it took me a few weeks to get a truck to transport it. Said it was their best engine yeah right. Rude and curt on the phone.
I just spoke to someone at Jacks just trying to get an idea of what wrecked cars/ trucks they have with an LS motor. The guy was extremely rude and curt. I tried to explain what I was looking for but he was not really interested in having a new customer it seems. At this point even if they had what I needed I would go elsewhere. TIP to Jacks.. customer service is important even in the salvage yard business. Word of mouth is HUGE.
