On 11-24-25 skyline towing came out to help me restack a 30,000 pound flatbed load of steel beams that had shifted due to poor shipper preparation. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, and welcomed help for teamwork. After this driver's services were done I had a safe load again. Thank u Skyline
They are scammers, don't leave your truck in your workshop, they stole my goseneck and my tool to pull my truck in front, The truck was in your workshop for two days and then it was transferred to the mechanical workshop where it arrived without the parts I mentioned before
I had a great experience with Skyline.....They got me out of a ditch and towed me to Peterbilt. The driver Mike H. had a great attitude, and after the bad day I was having made things go smoothly. Big shout out to Mike H and Skyline....thank you.
I had a terrible experience with this semi truck towing company. They didn't provide any upfront estimate and ended up taking advantage of me in a vulnerable situation. They essentially held my truck hostage and charged an exorbitant amount for a mere 1.5 hours of towing—$7k, which equates to $4700 per hour! This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I strongly advise fellow truckers to steer clear of this company to avoid being taken advantage of and to save your hard-earned money.
These company is Ripoff. They charged me 12k for 3 hours winching out of ditch.
When i asked them why is that the answer was ,, well we used 3 equipments to put it back on the wheels,, it was winched out only it was on the wheels. Also extra $500 just to pull it out of their lot to the street. So be careful and try to avoid this ripoff company.
My truck broke down today & the driver JD came and towed me back to my warehouse, 2 1/2 hours away. He made me feel very comfortable & he was very professional & polite! GREAT EXPERIENCE THANK YOU SO MUCH GOD BLESS!!
They have 4.5 stars then i call them explain the issue which is leaks wheel seal i gave all info they Said will sand you some one in 4 hours i wait 4 hours i called again they said we are about the closing we will call you tomorrow no responsibility i gave them no star say a way from unprofessional careless people 0 star for you
January 17 2023 I laied my 18 wheeler on it's right side in the ditch ON MO47 just south of Warrenton MO. I thought I had totaled my truck, but thanks to Skyline's expert wrecker crew my tractor was saved. It took them 4 hours to get the entire rig back onto the road. It was an amazing thing to watch these guys as they employed airbags and three wreckers (two wreckers had crane booms) pull my rig out. When we got back to Skyline's garage they went to work getting my tractor ready for the trip back home. These guys are awesome! Great job!
Im a little slow at getting this review done but I had to be towed for the first time in my driving career after 15 years on the road I always avoided tow trucks like the plague but back in March truck went down on a busy highway and I knew I couldn't get it fixed safely so I decided to call and get hooked and let me tell you these are some of the most accomidating people I have ever dealt with they ended up fixing my truck for me in their shop and kept me updated to the progress and the cost. I would definitely call them again and dam sure recommend them. Thank you guys for what you do
If I can leave more than 5 stars I will. My car slid down the hill in front of my garage on rainy day. The driver showed up very quick and saved my car!!! He is very nice and professional. They charged us half the price they told us over the phone. I hope this never happens again but if ever did, we know where to call.
I can't say enough good things about the driver who came out in the snow storm on 2/3 and pulled me out of the situation I was in . He was respectful and professional at his job. Thank you again driver. Be safe out there.
I called on Christmas Eve as I had a Genie boom lift (over 12,000 lbs) stuck in the mud on a hill. They said it would be 3 hours. My husband called back after 3 1/2 hours just to get an update. The man on the phone was VERY RUDE and said "I only have 2 drivers on, call AA" and hung up. By this time it was 6:45 pm, so we had been waiting 3 hours and 45 minutes. I'm not sure why he didn't call us back and say they couldn't help, or advise us to call someone else when we called initially. I will never call or recommend them again
Good people. Really helpful. When I broke down they took me to a truck rental place to get a truck and make my delivery. Then they helped me load my truck up so I can get to the shop in Michigan for the new engine we ordered. Will use their services again.
