Bridgeton Police Department needs to stop contracting this company for tows. Victims of car theft shouldn't be treated like this.
My 1999 Saburban LS K1500 4x4 1/2 ton blew a engine rod on 270 eastbound 3 years ago and A&A towing came and towed it back to there tow yard and put a tarp over my passenger side window because someone smashed it to steal stuff I couldn’t get it out of impounded because it wouldn’t move so I had to let go and I thank ed them for putting a tarp over my window they did that out of care I really appreciate it
Had a car wheel bearing seize up. Dominik showed up in less than 20 minutes and was able to get it back to my house no problem. And the price wasn't too bad at all.

Had a breakdown and call A&A towing. Charlie Vincel came sooner than the time I expected which was nice. It was raining and he told me to sit in his truck and stay dry. Expecting it to be a dirty truck with junk and dirt all over but to my surprise it was very clean. ( probably cleaner then my own vehicle). Charlie was professional yet very nice to talk with while he towed me and my vehicle safely to the shop for repairs. Thanks Charlie for taking care of me and my vehicle.

When another tow company said no A&A came through. Very professional, courteous, and prompt, even on a Sunday. Our tow truck driver Dominik was confident and able. He was someone I would want on my team. The guy I talked to in the office was also very nice and upfront.
These guys either don't have insurance or refuse to give it after they cause damages. Their driver David told me I needed to move onto a sheet of ice so he could impound the car in my yard without causing damage, then he proceeded to completely destroy my yard and helped the driver who crashed into my yard flee the scene. David also tried to leave without recovering my vehicle from the ice sheet I became stuck on. Megan, I do not care that you are sorry I had a bad experience I would like my yard fixed.

Had a car accident a couple days ago and had to first HUNT DOWN the location since no one called me, and then drive all the way to the police department for a release. I arrive to the location to the shadiest little office I've ever seen and they don't even have people on location here to help, just "the landlord". They then tell me I'm not allowed into the vehicle until the liable insurance company called them. If you live in Wentzville and have the county tow, tell them to put it literally anywhere else. Oh, also there are no signs for A&A anywhere - good luck finding it.
We were in an accident and had our totaled vehicle towed here by highway patrol. After sitting in an ER all morning we went to collect our personal belongings only to be told we couldn’t grab anything, even our house keys from the car unless we paid $300. I have never heard of something so insane and neither had our insurance company. Highly recommend avoiding their Dardenne Prairie location at all costs.
This place is absolutely wonderful! My husband popped a tire on Thanksgiving night, and since there was no spare we had to have the car towed. Every other place was going to be 2+ hours, but this place was there in under 15 minutes. The person answering the phone was super nice, and the tow truck driver was great. We will definitely use them in the future if we need a tow.
Very rude unprofessional employees! They kept hanging up when asked to clarify charges. Very argumentative. Yelling over the phone not allowing questions to be asked. Stating that if money isn’t being paid they don’t have to answer anything. Refused to give address to pick up property..refused to give supervisor or higher superior information..the list goes on. HIGHLY NOT recommended. Also giving out random pricing to release property from vehicles.
Our van died and was stuck in a parking lot. A&A came in less than an hour, loaded it up and took it to our mechanic’s shop. John, the driver, was very helpful and courteous. He helped me jump start the van and move it into position to be loaded. He explained how to send the invoice to my insurance for reimbursement. Our mechanic shop, Ruder, said they were good people to work with.

Our truck broke down in Mo and We called. I spoke to a lady by the name Christie . Mind you it’s a holiday and most companies are busy . She was very courteous and worked diligently to help us and get someone for us asap. Although we had to go thru our insurance for a cheaper price . I couldn’t help but be thankful for wonderful folks like her . I think your company is lucky to have people like her.

Top notch service. I was having issues starting one of my vehicles. I called AA to have it towed to a local shop. John the driver from AA showed up on time and before loading the car asked what I thought was wrong with it. He proceeded to help me quickly troubleshoot it and it fired up! I asked him how much I owed for him fixing my car and he said “nothing. I want to help people.” What outstanding service. It is VERY rare to find a company now-a-days that puts people before profits. AA is the only towing company I’ll call moving forward. Outstanding service and even better people!
Ryan was one of the most hospitable people that I have ever met. He comforted me when he could tell I had a very long day on top of going into a ditch from the icy road conditions. On the way to my house we had a conversation that led us to find out we were both from the state of Maine. It was a crazy coincidence. I purchased a tow truck in Missouri and I needed delivered to North Dakota in a hurry. A & A Towing and driver Todd went above and beyond to get this unit to delivered to us quickly at a very fair rate. Despite an address miscommunication between the seller and I, Todd even agreed to add the additional 77 miles to his trip without complaint (this was on a Friday, his return trip would consume his weekend). He communicated with us and arrived exactly on schedule. Todd arrived in top notch equipment with our truck professionally secured. Kiddo's car slid off of road during heavy rain and they became stuck in ditch. When I received "the call every parent of a young driver dreads", I blindly called the "closest" towing company as we have never needed a tow truck prior to now.
When I called A&A Towing, the woman who answered was friendly and very helpful. She asked a few questions regarding the size of the vehicle, its location from road, what the flat cost would be, and that the driver would address any additional costs on-site, if needed, with me. Fifteen minutes later the tow truck driver, Daryl, arrived.
Daryl's first concern was everyone's safety as we were on a narrow, two lane road on a blind curve. He called the office to verify that Highway Patrol was en route so that the road would be closed and then explained the process of removing the vehicle from the ditch. He informed me of any additional costs that could occur should the vehicle not be able to be driven from scene.
Ten minutes later, a Highway Patrol Officer shut down the road, Daryl removed the car from the ditch, and the car was able to be driven from the scene. I cannot express how grateful I am to A&A Towing Services. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!! A++++++++
After being released from Mercy Heart Hospital tonight we had just got on to Hwy 64 and our SUV had a total electrical shut down. No light, emergency flashers, nothing. We called a tow sevice and waited for over 2 hours. Finally called A & A. Rob was there in 20 minutes and towed us home for a very reasonable price. 2 others wanted $300 cash before they would hook up. Who carries that kind of cash?
Rob actually cared that I had just had surgery and needed to get home!
