Towed my rental and then went out of town and forced me to pay 2days worth of storage. But once I got there the lady was extremely nice. Plus they lost one of my keys.
Sartin’s Towing saved our day last summer! We needed a tow and the got us picked up! They’ve also worked on our vehicles and have supported our school in many ways!
My daughter and her dog, lol, has locked themselves out and in the car. She did not have an extra set of keys. We have called Sartin’s for help and they have always been quick and very friendly! 10/10 recommended!

Have a small pickup pulling a Uhaul up a steep hill, trying to turn onto busy highway. Uhaul jackknifed as the pickup got stuck in fine gravel. After moving furniture all day, and having a 85 yr old man in poor health with me, I became frantic. I called 911, they gave me Sartin's phone no. Sartin's arrived in minutes, so kind, speedy and professional. Even went to Uhaul and unhitched the trailer for me. Love them!!
Made an appointment ahead of time to get upper and lower ball joints on left side replaced and asked how much it would cost and his words were "It'll be a hundred and a half". Little did I know he was just talking labor and I would end up paying over 300 dollars when the job was done.
A miscommunication between me and a canoe outfitter lead to me being locked out of my car which was parked at the Whitten Access to the Eleven Point. Josh from Sartin's picked me up at a hotel in Alton and took me to my car which was about 20 miles away. It’s a German-built car so I was concerned that conventional methods of forced entry wouldn’t work, but Josh was in within just a couple minutes. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; there’s really nothing more you can ask from roadside assistance. Thanks again, Josh.

I just wanted to thank you to give you guys a big thanks. My car was stuck in a ditch today over a rail road tie and your team did a great job extracting it! I was extremely nervous and thought there was a possibility that my vehicle could become damaged, but it was successfully remove with no damage at all!!!

Our motorhome broke down on I-60 just across the Current River, 6 hours from home and with 6 of us traveling it was a nightmare in the making...Sartins came to the rescue, towed the RV to the nearest repair shop and helped make sure we were all safe in a nearby hotel!! Cannot say thanks enough for the prompt and friendly service!! These guys are super and i would recommend them to anyone needing service!!
