This past week we had a radiator hose rupture. The guys at Napa had less than a half hour until closing. When I called them they took my information, and waited until I was able to get there. My husband was unable to get the rest of the hose off for comparison, so I took a socket the same size as the part we needed. From that we were able to get the right parts and we were back on the road and safely home with in an hour of their help. THANKS GUYS . . You're real gems.

Very rude and unhelpful, prices were also higher then average. I was told one price, then when I was paying it was higher.

we needed wiper blades...we found some for a reasonable price and the guy put them on for my daughter

Cheaper prices then the one in poplar bluff but they didn't have everything we needed and didn't offer us to get in at another time but very friendly stuff

This NAPA has good people who are very helpful. Like every NAPA the prices aren't great, but it's local and if it weren't for the staff I'd drive the 30 minutes for another place.

They employees were very helpful and didn't take long in assisting us and they had exactly what we were needing

It's friendly but they have to order the parts every time I go there.

For the most part they have what you need for you automotive issues.
