Best tow experience I have ever had! Got stranded by a rental car company and needed a tow and BBR towing worked with me after a long travel day to get everything taken care of! They were so helpful and willing to give local recommendations and make sure I was set up with a different vehicle after the one the rental car company gave me stopped working!! If i could give 100 stars I would!!

Gina & BBR Towing & Transport were wonderful to work with. We are not from the area and were stranded. Gina helped us find a garage that can fix our truck and stayed on the phone until our ride arrived. We highly recommend them.

This family owned business is outstanding, their response time was very fast . They came out changed my flat and only took them minutes, followed them back to their shop and loaded my car on their trailer and drove me and my family home. Wasn’t comfortable about driving over2 hours on a donut but they immediately said no worries. I would highly recommend them anytime. This was all done late in the evening so after standard business hours.

I blew a tire at 10:30 one night they were the first to answer and get me a tow back to their shop and helped me find a tire here locally the next day. They did an amazing job and had great customer service.

They saved the day. This small business went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were safely taken care of. They helped us with our spare, then for peace of mind to prevent us from having to drive 150+ miles on a Donut Spare, they towed us all the way back to our home. Seriously a wonderful business, and if you need a tow or tire change, this is your best option! The dispatcher made us feel like we were family too and that is something that will forever stick with me! Very thankful.

We had a big snow the end of November. Our driveway had gotten slick after being plowed and the temps warming. We needed a tow after getting stuck going up our long driveway. We called AAA and they sent BRR who came to our rescue! They weren't able to winch the vehicle out, so they dug it out, got it out of the snow embankment and backed it back down our driveway to our house. We were so very grateful for all they did to help.

I used BBR towing today for towing my inoperable vehicle. It was nice having someone so personable and yet professional in an unfortunate circumstance. When you have such friendly service it makes what seems to be a difficult time go smoother. For a more personable family owned service, I highly recommend.

He really cares about getting his customers taken care of quickly, and safely. Heck he even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait in the cold! These guys are the best!

BBR towed my car from Center Mo to a dealership in Quincy IL. Their response time was very quick giving the inclement weather. Once the car had been delivered, pictures were sent to me showing where the car was parked and that the keys were left in the after hours drop box. AAA arranged the service with BBR so I cannot speak as to the price. Would definitely use their services again if the need arises.

Got information call as soon as I put in for a tow. Gina was wonderful, very nice and knowledgeable. Received texts letting me know step by step what was going on. Will use BBR Towing and Transport again if needed for sure!! Definitely recommend!!!

They helped me change a flat when I was passing through. Got it jacked up but couldn’t get the lugs off. Friendly and efficient, pumped up my spare before putting it on. Very grateful for their help!

I'm Absolutely blessed to find such an amazing towing company 🙏 BBR TOWING is the best towing company, they are kind , sweet, compassionate. They got to my son so fast because that's how much they care. They are very professional but at the same time they treated us like family. I highly recommend this amazing company. I had an issue with my boat trailer, and while they weren't able to provide immediate repairs, they were very helpful in letting me leave my trailer on their property overnight, and the next day, were trying to find a way to get the repairs done as fast as possible. I was able to gather parts and do my own repairs the next day, but they were happy to let me do that on their property as well. I appreciate their help very much

Was on a trip to visit a friend in Jefferson City on a Saturday. Got a flat tire on a 2 lane highway. They answered my request for roadside assistance quickly, when no one else would. Assessed the situation and did everything they could to get me back on the road quickly. When they couldn't change/repair the tire roadside, they came up with a plan to get me towed and tired replaced. I was far from home or anyone I knew and very much appreciated their kindness and guidance in this situation. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately had a trailer disengage from my truck and spin off in the grass median on HWY 61 near Palmyra MO. This occurred when the bridge was closed over the Mississippi so traffic was extremely heavy. Called BBR and they were there within minutes. Loaded trailer while dealing with heavy traffic. They were extremely professional and got me taken care of in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them for any circumstance requiring vehicle towing or transport.

I highly recommend this service. They are quick to respond and Gina is so sweet and very helpful. I was able to call and give payment over the phone, which is very convenient. This team is amazing. They are available even at the lastest hours. Im from out of town but they made me feel welcomed. Thank you guys so much for the fast and friendly service.

Recently was stranded on the side of the road headed toward St. Louis, not long after BBR Towing drove up and asked what had happened, I explained my situation to them, they professionally assessed the scene and had told me they can tow my vehicle to my desired location. Once I arrived safely, I told the crew how courteous they were and that their professionalism is a step above everyone else. I highly recommend doing business with BBR. The best ability, is reliability, and BBR has it. If you need a tow or transport, take comfort in knowing BBR has you covered. Thank you BBR and crew for the tow! Much needed, and much appreciated.

Great service, most helpful,showed great concern for my predicament and went above and beyond to help me. About 1:00am my diesel pick-up with trailer attached failed to start at pump at truck stop after fueling. Called AAA for assistance. BBR towing happened by and asked if I needed help. I asked if they were the assistance for my AAA call. They said that they were AAA but hadn’t gotten the call. They were just fueling up and getting something to eat. They would check back when they were done eating. Tow company AAA sent was unable to handle pick up and trailer. BBR guys finished up their meal and volunteered to take the call. Although BBR did not have the equipment they would normally carry with them to tow both pick-up and trailer they found a way to tow the trailer to safety and get my truck to a repair shop. Bottom line BBR towing had the attitude that they were not leaving me until a way was found to help/rescue me. Highly recommend this company.

On my way to work this morning very early and ended up with two flat tires. Called my roadside assistance through my insurance, BRB Towing responded quickly, checked in with me several times to make sure I was ok. Once Mark and his son arrived with tow truck it was fast and easy service. Excellent service! Thanks Mark and Gina!! Highly recommend and I’m sure with the way my car luck as been I’ll be using you again lol thanks again!!

5 star experience for a 1 star situation! We were towing our camper 900 miles, 30 miles from our destination the fan clutch exploded on the interstate. BBR towing did a great job getting to us in an timelyand delivering the van to a location where we could fix it. Very responsive with excellent communication to give us updates on the status of the truck while we waited. Would not recommend this situation but 10 out of 10 recommend this service if you’re having a bad day! Thanks BBR towing for turning a bad day into a tolerable experience!

I was driving home to Minneapolis from a trip to Memphis when a piece of wood with nails sticking out of it fell out of the bed of the truck in front of me. I couldn’t avoid it and found myself at the side of the road just outside of Palmyra with two flat tires. My Subaru put me in contact with BBR Towing, who were absolutely wonderful and made a very stressful situation better. The dispatcher was very friendly and made sure to get my precise location. The two men who towed my car were also extremely friendly and stayed with me at the tire repair shop until it was certain that my tires could be repaired, just in case they had to take me to another shop to replace the tires. The dispatcher also checked up on me once I was on the road again to make sure everything was OK. I am so grateful for the care and commitment they showed to make sure I got back on the road again.

20 out of 10 Stars! Highly Recommend I was on a 1300 mile trip from GA. On my motorcycle. Headed to Iowa to see my Wife cross the finish line (the next morning) for a motorcycle riding competition she was in. I was over 3 hours south of the hotel in Iowa and had a Blow Out. The owners of BBR towing would NOT leave me stranded. They actually went and swapped trucks to bring a trailer to help me get my bike to a safe location. They helped load the bike and drove me 3.5 hours north to a dealership as everything local was closed. I can NOT thank them enough for their help and making sure I was Safe and delivered to the host hotel of the IRON BUTT RALLY, to see my Wife finish. Can Not be any MORE pleased with their determination in making sure my trip didn’t end in failure. 20 out of 10 Stars! Great Family Business
