All Star Towing was prompt and professional. Had a big rig in a precarious situation, and would have done major damage to the machine pulling it out ourselves. If not for Leo’s expertise, would have cost our business downtime and costly repairs. Leo pulled our machine out of a hole and set it up on solid ground without so much as a scratch. Would recommend All Star!!
Worst costumer service ever when asked fer help but get denied and receptionist was rude and hangs up when a veteran needed help within 7miles from there business
10/10 recommend All Star Towing for all of your towing needs! Not only were they incredibly helpful, but they were able to come get my husband's car in less than an hour. The guy who picked it up was also so very kind and helpful! We will definitely be using them again!
They were prompt, the driver dropped our trailer off nicely.. Honesty, this guy maneuvers into tight spaces without putting a scratch on the trailer. I don't know how he did that but it was amazing to witness. Then I needed an Uber but the tow truck driver took me where I needed to go. Have their number on lock anytime we need a tow, definitely recommend!
The driver stole a $400 HP Tuners MPVI3 out of my truck, if you value your property and like to keep the items you purchased, look for a different tow service.
tow was arranged by my insurance. was told the towing company would call me. when I got a text from the insurance company that the tow would be in an estimated "60-90 minutes" I attempted to call the tow company to clarify certain details, at the number provided for that purpose. the man who picked up the phone barked questions at me and spoke over me for a couple of minutes, and when I finally tried to talk over him, he hung up. the tow truck never showed up and my insurance scheduled someone else to do it
Very bad customer service!
They towed my truck on purpose Friday they closed on weekends and I was unable to pick it up. They charged me $75 daily for 4 days
The towing charge is supper expensive, I never heard any company chargign that high

The roads are terrible today in KCMO and I got stuck on my way home, when 2 wonderful guys from All Star Towing just happened to drive by me and ask if I needed help, and they towed me home right away. Then after they unloaded my car in my parking lot, my car got stuck AGAIN in the snow and they pushed it into a parking spot for me just because they're great guys. I'm so sorry I don't remember their names but to the guys who towed my Kia Soul home for me today, THANK YOU. You guys deserve a raise
I didn't catch his name unfortunately but whoever driver 616 is - he's a rockstar in my book. Thought I'd have to be towed to the shop, but he got the car up and running so I could drive it in for service. Showed up within 15 minutes of my call and was an amazing help. 10/10 would recommend and use again. Thank you to #616!!
I contacted All Star towing for a very random request. We needed to have a machine moved from dock high down to a trailer. They responded very quickly to emails! That's kind of un-heard of in the towing world.
I scheduled Allstar to show up at a specific time, and I had to change the date and time twice! They still showed up ahead of schedule and were very Professional and accommodating. This wasn't something they typically do, and were able to safely get our large heavy machine out of the building and down onto the new owners trailer. We appreciate their effort, knowledge, and skills of the tow truck driver. (bobby?)

Before he even tried to tow my car Brian tried to jump it for nearly 20 minutes straight and even though it didn’t turn on he got it to turn over which is more than we could do. After it didn’t start and we got it on the bed he came back up to my door with a discount just to spread that they were a great place to go for a tow. Anyways thank you Brian Richardson and everyone else from All Star!
This company recently helped us out last minute when we were in a bind. I called them desperate for a solution, and they showed up within the hour, got our car pulled out of the mud it was stuck in, and we were good to go! I was really happy with the service provided, and I would definitely reach out to them again for any future needs!
Wonderful experience!! Our truck broke down as we were driving home to Iowa and we were pulling our 39 ft fifth-wheel! It was Easter Sunday and not a repair facility open anywhere. Clint and Niles coordinated their efforts to meet our needs of unhitching our camper --- one to tow our truck to a repair shop and the other to tow our fifth-wheel to their own lot as we had no place to store it. Our camper was on their lot for five days and they charged us nothing!! Great people, great service!
