I called them after hours for my vehicle that had broken down. Driver reached out quickly, met me at the vehicles location and even beat me back to my house. Despite me interrupting his dinner, he was very friendly. Very reasonably priced as well. I would absolutely use them again if needed. Thank you again for all your help!
So my car was towed around 2pm on Thursday afternoon. I don’t move my car often so I was shocked this happened. When I called the tow company I wasn’t given much information but that someone would call me back with pricing this took about an hour and 3 follow up calls. But the time someone called me back they stated the price was $320. I was shocked but just assumed they were mistaken and it would be worked out at the facility. I had to pay $60 for an uber which was expected in this weather. I had confirmed my arrival with the person/dispatcher and a driver that was meeting me. However upon arrival I waited outside for 20 mins for someone to arrive. When he arrived it took another 30-45 mins while he made personal phone calls. When it was time to pay I asked about why the fee was so much. They explained this was the normal fee. However it is higher than the police department fees for tows. That I have never heard of. After they, another driver arrived to assist…. They explained that the fees were normal and that it could be more. I explained that I understood but it still seemed steep. Especially being charged extra for after hours without being told I could come in the am to save myself extra fees. Especially given I had to wait in the cold for 20 mins. I paid and got a receipt and went over my truck. Afterwards I was at the gas station trying to clean my car off as my heater blower doesn’t work. Also a reason I rarely move my car in bad weather. The second driver asked if I wanted him to tow me back to my apartment to avoid an accident. I thought that was really nice and appreciated. This is the main reason I am giving 3 stars. He was very nice and honestly very informative and kept a professionalism. The first driver in my opinion wasn’t as professional and was extremely annoyed by me asking for details about the pricing and made me wait additional time to make personal phone calls when I had waited 20 mins in negative temps. All in all, my review is that there is the good and the bad in these situations. Do I believe I was over charged… absolutely. Do I feel completely pissed about the situation or the company, no. As it was not something they had to offer but the offer was extended by one driver. One thing for sure my lesson was learned as I realize that these are perfect situations to be taken advantage of. I take full responsibility for the fact my car was towed. Do I think the company could work on organization and communication yes. Do I believe i was overcharged, yes. But, I walk away knowing now I would rather pay for the parking garage.
I was so so dumb and tried to get out of my driveway during the snow-pocolyse. I didn’t make it out. I just really screwed myself over, end halfway over my retaining wall. I was seriously freaking out that my car would roll off the wall and into my neighbors house. Steve got me out of the mess I was in and I can not thank him enough. Also when I called in the lady I spoke to was so kind. Just wonderful service all the way around. I can sleep tonight without the fear of my vehicle causing me more headaches . Thank you all so much!
2025: Arrow rescued us and our dead vehicle from a busy intersection today. Great service as before - we will always use them when needed.
2019: They arrived quickly, were super nice and helpful, with a reasonable price. I would gladly use again.
I use arrow towing today I was stuck at Ace hardware in parkville I live all the way in Leavenworth they came right out did an awesome job the tow truck driver was very nice I would definitely use this company again thank you
I called Arrow in a pinch when I lost my transmission this evening. They were quick and courteous on the phone, and Aaron was there quickly and with a smile on his face. I have very rarely received such good service in any industry, and I would highly recommend these folks based on my experience. Aaron is a very talented driver, and an incredibly pleasant guy!
Fast arrival, honest, great customer service! Ended up not needing a tow, he could have towed my car and I would not have known I really didn’t need to be towed- so I could have paid for an unnecessary tow! He explained why he didn’t think I needed the tow, and turned out he was correct. You don’t find a lot of companies that would do that especially for a woman that may not know the difference. I appreciated this very much! I would recommend this tow service company! Thank you
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The owner is very unprofessional especially when he’s having a bad day we went to pick our car up from their lot and checked to see if there were damages and we thought we saw a few things that weren’t there before so respectfully we went back to the office to ask to see the pictures they took before towing to see if the damage was preexisting the owner then proceeds to start yelling yes literally yelling at us saying that their company never damages cars so we were wrong and then sped off almost hitting us with his tow truck and then came back and argued and yelled at us some more and then still never provided us with pictures before they towed (we’re assuming it’s because they did actually damage our car)
Mike is the best! My DoorDash driver got stuck in a ditch in my driveway and he helped her get out, and then helped my fiancée and I get our jeep that had been sitting at the top of our treacherous driveway dead for a year down and even recommended someone to help us fix it!! This is my second time using arrow tow and I’ll always recommend everyone here!! Both times they’ve been amazing, helpful, understanding and just top tier!! Thank you guys so, so much!!
These people will break into your car and steal the stuff inside…. Make sure you inspect before you drive off… filing a police report and taking pictures… these people are thieves. Hinges and latches are broken and pulled. Forced as seen in the picture.
Last picture shows car on your lot with hinges popped and broken. Clearly it was broken into. Oh I know you town for the police they told me when I made a report. I’ll be posting video of garage from power and light. Where it was not broken or forced… and my care was undamaged. Thank you so much for hanging up on me when I asked for videos and names of people so I could talk to them. I really appreciate your professionalism. You can deal with my lawyer from now on because the cameras and jewelry that were taken is not right. A crow bar was needed to break and pop off the truck box cover… the steel hinges are bent.
I can park in a handicap space I have a special permit, I told you this… through the phone multiple times…. My dad is blind, and my girlfriend has seizures that is her spot that was given to her by the building. I spoke with the manager today and she said I wasn’t even supposed to get towed. Because there was permission and she pays for that specific spot no one else can park there. I never once cussed. Loud maybe but that’s how I talk. Frustrated yes… absolutely. You can clearly see in the box of the truck from behind that the latches are popped off and broken… in your lot!!! Like are you blind or what ? Can you not see ? The cover was forced open and the latches broke… the steel is bent. I’m recording this. As well a as the phone call we had.
This is the best tow company in Missouri. These guys know the struggle. These guys blessed me when anyone else would have said, hey not my problem. But the owner worked with me by understanding my situation. my car was stolen from my apartment and I been missing work.
I now have my vehicle home safe thanks to these guys here. I'll be screwed if it wasn't for them.

There's almost no way to be the good guy in this line of work. I'm no customer, I grew up watching this evolve.. you cant be mad because a vehicle was taken/towed, impounded or which ever because we don't break the laws. Before bashing the company look up the owner and see what all he has done for people. We are a business' that is hard to understand for people if you do not know of */ignorant/* of the process to retrieve your vehicle. Everything is legit and done in such a way that it does not over step the law(s).
I notice people that wont accept the fact that they are wrong, they get angry or start spreading negativity about a company doing its job. For you negativity spreading customers, i hope you rethink your experience and if worst comes to worse, we may change the way you see Arrow. Have a better day and drive safe.
My day started with my check engine light on, and then my passenger tire blowing out on the highway. Super stressful start to the day. But Steven made everything super easy and was extremely helpful through the whole process. The nearest shop couldn't get my car in, so he took me to another place per his recommendation and everything is fixed! He also got me to work after dropping my car off. Excellent service and would absolutely recommend for emergencies.

Mike prefers cash, but they reluctantly took my credit card after some fuss. The ability to pay with credit card was not offered to me until I asked. They will NOT take a debit card, in fact they don't even own a card reader / POS system. They claim they do this so that people don't dispute the charge, yet how can a charge be disputed in good faith if the itemized receipt that they are legally obligated to provide is signed for?
Pretty suspicious business dealings if I say so myself.
Worst tow company ever!!! My Car was stolen and taken there. It took me arranging 4 tow trucks to get my car. They will tell you the company doesn't have the proper insurance when they actually do. 400 dollars later demanding they release my vehicle, they did. Sketchy as hell. If you have a choice don't use them. *side note, my car wasn't even there. It was in Riverside, which cost me an extra 45 dollars.*

I contacted my insurance provider for roadside towing. They called a different tow service, I waited an hour and a half, only for them to cancel because they couldn't locate me. I called Arrow, and they found me and had my vehicle loaded in 25 minutes total.
The driver was very friendly, and my father had a connection to the drivers family unbeknownst to us until after the driver had delivered me to my mechanic. It's truly a small world.
My car got towed for expired tags in my apartment complex. Never had to deal with this before so naturally I was nervous and stressed. I went to pick up my car and pay the fee(cash only) and it was so easy. The woman in there was such an Angel to me, and made everything so easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I wish good things for the lady that was so kind and amazing to me. She gave amazing customer service. Best of luck to this business and everyone who goes to them.
This is the worst tow company in the metro. Car was wrecked and towed to there lot. I tried to go to my car the next day to get photos and get my stuff out. They told me they could not let me get my stuff out. So the insurance told them to let me get my stuff a week later and I’m still getting the run around. Why is my personal belongings being held, it’s not your stuff. Are you trying to steal something from my car. Crazy part My car is not even at there tow lot in Parkville on the card they gave me. They sent it to a lot in riverside. But of course I can’t go over there because no one is working at that location. I have to wait until they have someone to meet me at Quiltrip so they can take me there. Sounds like a shady drug deal.
So I’m sitting at QT waiting for someone to come and take me to the lot so I can get my stuff and tags. Who know how long that will be. It’s been 45 mins already.
The Owner Mike was rude AF.

Wish I could leave a no star review. My company car was towed last night because I was parked in an unmarked "fire lane" that I was told I could park in. Not only that but it was so late that there were at least 7 cars parked there. The apartment complex never sent notices that said there was no parking allowed. Construction workers park there as well but the night I park there I'm towed by this service. When I call to get information the following morning I'm told that the fee is cash only and my manager has to get the car because it's a company car. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely vague and did not want to tell me anything about the tow company. I was finally able to get an address but was promptly told the car could be in any of their multiple lots and I could not even retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle upon arrival. I have my information stating that I am the authorized driver of the car but apparently that's not enough.
My moms vehicle was towed because she did not pay to park, which is understandable. This tow service asked for cash only and then said they could point her to an ATM down the road or they said if that wasn't good enough she should borrow the money from someone (she didn't even have a car to drive down the road, she's 65 and it was 100 degrees out). It was very sketchy. THEN he said even if we paid, he wasn't even entitled to give the vehicle back. They also refused to give information about the impound lot that the vehicle was taken to. The police in the Kansas City area get calls about this company all the time. They said the guy is a complete jerk too and that this isn't an isolated incident. Unless you HAVE to deal with them, you should never choose use this company. There are too many tow companies in the area with kindness, morals and respect to waste money and time on this one. These guys are awesome! They towed my son’s car from a deer/vehicle accident yesterday evening and then ended up towing my car for a flat tire that I received at the scene. Aaron and Mike were both very professional and caring, made sure we were all okay and went above and beyond and talk about quick response! My family and I appreciate you both!
Made an appointment the night before to have my car towed the next morning to get it to the shop for a 9:00 appointment to have the starter replaced. Called the morning of to verify at 7:30 and they said they would there by 8:30. By 9:45, they had said no less than 3 times they were 15 out. Finally i called and the kind lady actually called the driver to find out he wasnt even close. I canceled and had to call another tow company. So disappointing!
Seriously the BEST tow company I’ve ever used. They went above and beyond to help me and my kids and were VERY fast. I can’t recommend them enough!!

I would like to start out this review with two facts, 1) This is not the first time I have used Arrow Tow Service. 2) The incident that lead to my vehicle being towed initially, was my fault as I did not see the smaller pay to park sign, and resulted in this review. With that said, my initial interactions with Arrow Tow Service went well, as these were all scheduled tows that they performed at their availability both for my personal vehicles and fleet vehicles I am responsible for. Now, in the event of an unexpected service with Arrow Tow Company, I pity anyone that has to deal with these folks beyond them being a courier of the vehicle. The phone operator was exceptionally rude and unprofessional with many parts of the transaction. They price gouge, and play by their own rules, offer late pickup, with a fee, but then say they are unavailable and offer a cheaper rate to pick up the next day, and then charge you additional storage to allow for their schedule to work better. To add to this, there was also a “tip” option selected initially when paying to release my vehicle. At the end of this review, I sum this up as AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS WITHIN 150 miles! As a response to the experience with this company, I will ensure actions are taken within my control to prevent Arrow Tow Service from towing any vehicles in both my personal and professional fleets I manage. If only zero stars were an available option for reviews.
All of our phone conversations before we arrived to pick up the car were not well handled by the receptionist or the whoever we talk to.
My friend's rental car was towed on a Saturday. It took us about an hour or two of back-and-forth calling to get permission to get the rental car back from them because the company would not release a car that was not registered to her. And during that time the receptionist that we talked to at the towing place did not treat us right well and then once we went to pick up the car we had trouble finding the building. So we called and we were told that she had to contact the owner to see if he could even meet us that day. Once the owner arrived things went very smoothly and he made it very easy for us.
