I sent the driver to their location to do truck/trailer washout. Got there at 2:30pm and they said cant take him because they are closing at 5pm. Unbelievable 2h30min before closing with 2 trucks in line. I guess they are washing only 2 trucks per day…be aware if you need a washout “closer” to their cut off time.

One of your employees was out on the highway jumping infront of moving vehicles and screaming at drivers with no sings or anything present absolutely unbelievable would highly recommend you do some retraining for your road crews
Jim showed up fast and towed us an hour for a lot less than i assumed. The truck breaking down on a friday night with weekend traffic could have been a very bad day. Thanks to him and dons towing. .it was not. We enjoyed getting to know him.Thanks you!
I definitely recommend the CDL training. My instructor Brandon was helpful and friendly. Their tips to help study the pre trip inspection was extremely helpful. I was also able improve and practice my skills with the help of my instructor, Brandon. Everyone there was extremely nice and polite and will recommend them for anyone trying to obtain their CDL license. Thank you all so much for helping me move on to the next steps of my life!!!!

Don's towing, fast friendly staff with excellent service. In May my van broke down while headed to Kansas City to decorate for a wedding. Obviously not ideal timing, my van was literally so full you couldn't have fit a fart in it. I don't remember who came to get me but he was so professional, towed my van to Kansas City, allowed me to unload and then we were on our way. From the ladies on the phone with the first call to when we arrived back at Don's for storage everyone was polite and friendly. This was not my ideal trip but Don's was essential in making this trip much better than it could have been. I highly recommend.
I slide off into the ice while turning around and could not drive out of it. AAA refused to help. A friend recommended Don’s Towing and they were very willing to help. The young man was so polite and helpful. He got my car mobile again and waited until I got on the highway before leaving the area.
I had a tow truck driver named Will and he went above and beyond expectations. I was stuck on the Y route trying to get home. The only reason I was out was because I needed dog food from Petsmart in Sedalia . The roads were super icy and slippery. My four wheel drive setting would not work. He advised me it wasn’t safe us to drive to my house. I than called Comfort Inn in Sedalia and asked them if they took pets. They told me yes. So Will transported me and my vehicle and dogs to Comfort Inn. When I arrived there they said they did not take dogs and didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed them my caller Id, than I called them. Which the phone rang right in front of me. So Will called Best Western and asked if they took pets and they responded yes. Will than had me follow him to Best Western to make sure I got there to ok. Which I did. I can’t thank him enough. Wish more people were like him.
I was recently involved in my first accident. They were quick to get to me being 30 minutes away. He was able to give me a great deal and helped me get everything figured out quickly. He was extremely nice and very casual which made the whole thing run much smoother. I recommend Don’s to anyone looking for a tow, they are overall a great place and provide a great environment even in high stress situations.

We were rear ended going 65 mph. Our truck was totaled. We tried AAA not able to find a tow after 1 hour. We called Don’s. We are from a different state and basically stranded. Don’s was there for us! They towed our vehicle to a collision shop. They helped us gather our important items and delivered us to a local hotel. We are so grateful that we were taken care of not knowing a soul. This was an amazing experience during a very difficult situation. Thank you so so so much!!!
Great crew. I was there for CDL training. CDL instructors know what you need to pass and do a fantastic job of preparing students for the exam. Would recommend for anyone trying to obtain a CDL.

Unbelievable service from Don's truck towing, I got a flat tire just outside Sedalia and call Don's for help as I was stuck on the highway. I ride a large motorcycle, they took Extra Care to make sure it was strapped down and secured on his flatbed. He made sure I made it to the Honda dealer in Sedalia.
