All I can say is Wow! My battery was dead at a department store last night. I live alone and my kids live further north. When I called Lucky’s the gentleman was kind and crazy prompt. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. I thought I would have to wait a long time.

Fantastic service, I’ve had Three instances where I needed to call them, and they’ve only needed to tow it once. They helped for free the other 2 times because they had knowledge that I lacked. I hope they’re doing well, they only tow your vehicle if it needs to be towed. Ethical, people first business approaches are rare these days. Put their number in your phone so you don’t forget it.

Called to set up a tow for later that day and they told me to just call when I was in route to the vehicle. I did and they said they would have a driver there within a half hour. Better than that he almost beat me to the vehicle, LoL. Affordable as well I'll definitely be calling Lucky's Tow service again when I need a tow.
Lucky Tow got to us VERY quickly. Dan was great to work with. He was courteous and sympathetic to our situation. We just followed his instructions and everything turned out great.

Great tow company. Answered the phone personally and arrived within 30 minutes. Very professional, and transported my vehicle safely despite a very non-standard configuration. Very fare bill considering the time and distance required, and that I was self-paying rather than going thru insurance. I highly recommend this company!

They come in a very timely manner from when I called. It was a long haul to get me back home and my car where I wanted it. The driver was very professional and was an enjoyable talk and ride back home given the circumstances. Not sure who my driver was. I never asked his name. I would highly recommend using them if you need towed and who ever my driver was.

I hit a curb and blew a tire. I did a quick Google search to find a tow service near me. Lucky Tow Service was very prompt. Said they would arrive in 30 min and they did. Sent me a text message when they were 5 min out. I didn't catch the driver's name but he was so nice and let me sit in his truck to get out of the heat. I am saving Lucky Tow Service's number in my phone because they will be who I call if I ever need a tow service in my area!

Super cheap and fast! The guy who helped us was really nice. Took about 20min and only $65, everywhere else we called was over an hour and usually over $100! Can’t recommend them enough.

AMAZING service! I called Lucky's Tow Service today because my wife's car was having transmission issues. The driver was super polite, and hooked up my vehicle and took it to the shop with no issues at all. From the call to delivering it to the shop took about 30 to 45 minutes. They work with my insurance company, so nothing out of pocket today, but I know that even if I had to pay out of pocket the rate is super reasonable. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

I have used Lucky's tow several time before but this time was very special to me. I was involved in traffic accident and my truck was damaged extensively and required tow but I was transported to hospital and had to leave my truck in parking lot abandoned.
I was so worried about the truck being towed a d no way to take care of it and I didn't have an account with them.
I called them and told the dispatcher my problem and she told me don't worry they went and picked up my truck no keys and damaged and took it to my house and put it in the driveway and told me to come by the office and pay for the charges when I got released.
They made what seemed to be a serious problem a simple one. I was so thankful!!!

I needed a tow for the first time in probably 10 years or more and they delivered. I called and was easily able to schedule a tow from my home for a blown out tire. Not knowing much about it, they were savvy enough to bring out the flatbed because of the location of the flat. Kelly came, he was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and other than the constant Sanford and son ringtone :-), he was absolutely amiable and a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable service provider. His truck was clean, his conversation was interesting, and I would absolutely use them 100% again. Thanks for saving me!
