Came in with a bad battery and Jeremy was incredibly helpful and checked my old battery and hooked me up with a new one and installed everything! Fantastic service and very friendly!
Great service, Zoey helped us out without any issues and helped us find and replace our battery, very good service compared to other places and workers I’ve seen help replace batteries, and super nice!
I went into the store to get a battery for my car. I went because it says free installation. But I was told the cashier was the only person there and does not know how to install a battery. She said her coworker was on break, she knows how but wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait for her to return. If you aren’t going to honor the free installation maybe they should have offered me a discount???
the best experience at an auto shop i’ve had. the guy who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. i’ve been having issues and other places have told me so many different things and it ended up just needing a new battery. but he checked multiple things just to make sure i wasn’t buying a battery for nothing. he gave me a discount and explained everything to me and showed me how he knew it was my battery. he cleaned the parts off and even gave me a protective cover for a part on my battery so it didn’t get dirt build up again. i’m extremely grateful and happy with the customer service, that guy deserves a raise!
Zoey literally saved the day! I went to another business in town, and they wouldn’t even check my battery because they don’t install on “newer” cars. Tried Advance Auto as a last resort (it was Sunday afternoon) , and Zoey was alone in the store and got me taken care of! Very knowledgeable and friendly and installed the new battery no problem. This will be my first stop for any auto needs! Thanks Zoey!!
If I could give it a 0 and still write a review, I would! Husband when in to see about a part, 1 person at counter, another towards back of store and 3 others doing…well, not helping anyone. No acknowledgement, nothing. Save your time and go to O’Reilly Auto parts. In and out in less than 5 mins.
You can't do business in the community by turning your back on your neighbors. The staff refused to do a simple thing like post asleep flyer. They don't want to get involved if it doesn't make them money. What happened to small town values?
Super nice and helpful staff. They took the time to explain the product I was suppose to use, in my gas tank. I barely made it before closing, but they were still super nice, and didn’t rush me along. They also explained it a second time, to make sure I understood how to use it. I very much recommend this business.
