Have dealt with Walt's tractor for almost 4 years now. They were recommended to me for a new tractor as a good dealer. Small family owned business that knows their stuff! Have always been great to work with and are well worth the extra distance to go to.
When buying equipment it's the dealer that makes or breaks the experience. And Walt's has always delivered.
We had major engine trouble with our diesel mower. Long story short, the dealer in NWA sold us an over-priced engine overhaul that only made things worse. The Grasshopper factory recommended Walt's Tractor. Wally and his crew made it right. If you want to deal with someone who shoots you straight, knows exactly what they're talking about, and offers personal service with attention to every detail ... then this is your place. We will only deal with Walt's Tractor from here on out. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
Factory forgot to assemble the backhoe before they shipped it to me. They told me to hire a local mechanic to assemble and they would foot the bill.
I called Walt and he was at my farm at 7:00 am the next morning. Before I was even down the driveway he was already putting it together. He built it, put it on my tractor and has given me good customer support since even though he doesn't even carry this line of tractors.
He didn't even have the instructions, he looked and said, "This should go here and here," and out it together like he's done that model a hundred times. I was impressed.
I'll be a customer for life.

No matter if you have a small hobby farm or large acreage farm. He and his shop guys, do the absolute best they can to help you fix any mechanical issues you may have. If you need their expertise, his mechanics are very knowledgeable and can get you taken care of. Some parts you may need are hard to find, things take time sometime, other times things go quickly. I had a very hard to find part, for a 50+yr old tractor. I was in no rush, they finally found the part after searching their tail ends off!! All of my experience has been great. Walts Tractor LLC will be my go to place for anything I need. Thanks Wally and thanks for everything you do!
Been dealing with Walt's for a few years now and always have a good experience there. Good folks with a lot of knowledge and are willing to teach those who will listen. Will always recommend them.
Wally was fantastic to work with. I know nothing about tractors and he walked me through the machine, spent extra time explaining it and made me feel comfortable with it. I felt like a got a great deal (I watched marketplace and Craig’s list daily) and couldn’t find anything that was as good of a deal as Walt’s was. This tractor will probably last me my life time but if it doesn’t - I know Walt’s will be my first call.
I just visited Walt's tractors and I had a very good experience there they seem like very nice people I own the 20/20 Outsider Advertiser which is the largest fastest growing Regional Advertiser in the area right now I would highly recommend these folks if you're looking for a tractor like I am for my new home
Awesome place. Very helpful and friendly staff. It's a bit of a drive from Joplin but they have Grasshopper parts and were the only shop open on a holiday.
Do not recommend this place. They dont know when or if parts have been ordered. They tell u it will be fixed in 3 weeks when now it is 4 weeks. When u call they interrupt you when you are talking. The older lady was really rude and said you are calling too much. I dont think every 4 days is excessive. Especially when they dont call to give u an update. We do NOT recommend this place.
My husband and I were looking at tractors to purchase. The owner was nice and provided some information for us. But, he failed to call us to follow up. So, my husband bought a Kubota tractor.
