While attending our granddaughters wedding in Joplin, Missouri we locked our keys in our vehicle at the Love’sTruck Stop in Neosho, Mo. We were at a loss for what to do facing a 450 mile trip home. A short time later Walker showed up with a smile and a deft movement that unlocked the door that contained our money, our clothes and our keys. He was so nice, kind and respectful. It was a friend and I so I’m used to car guys making me feel like an idiot but he was so kind and offered advice. Def recommend to anyone!

Super friendly, great conversation on the ride to drop off my vehicle, was super careful with my vehicle and I could go on and on. Just all around a great experience
John has always taken the best care of my truck. If notices something unusual when loading or unloading he will bring it to your attention. I had a blow out with one of my tires and he noticed and pointed out that a break line was leaking. I was able to get it fixed the same day.
Ive used metro several times they have sent somebody right away every time the driver isiah is always very careful and for a younger guy he knows how to tow. one of my cars is super low but he got it on without dragging the bumper and put it in a tight spot for me.everytime I've used metro I've been happy about the way they handled my vehicles

Metro Towing did a great job to help us get our vehicle to the mechanic. The driver was helpful, trying to jump the car before towing it. He was friendly and professional. Hoping not to need any more towing, but if I do, Metro would be who I’d call!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this company was outstanding for us and I had to share! Checked prices with different companies and they were definitely the most reasonable, they got to the car very quickly, the dispatcher was so sweet and the driver was an absolute saint! Helped us diagnose it real quick and even explained to my 17 year old son how to fix it! Made our day 10 times better that it wasn’t near as bad as we had thought!

After I got into an accident Metro came to tow the other car involved. My truck was drivable, however one of the wheels was banged up pretty bad. After getting everything situated with the other car, the guy working the tow truck helped get my tire changed and aired up free of charge. I believe his name is Isaiah, but he was extremely helpful and I definitely recommend calling them anytime you need towed.
Had a run flat tire fall apart some 20 miles out from Neosho MO. Got connected to Metro Towing through AAA. Metro personally reached out, arranged for rides for me and my family, and had a truck out in 20 minutes. But wait!
Turns out they can do even better. Rather than a tow, their two guys Isaiah and Cody, *brought out an actual spare* for our van, fitted it, and sent us on our way in under five minutes. These guys are rock stars.

We’re usually the recovery vehicle for friends but last night we desperately needed help. We had gotten high center thanks to our spare and our truck was not budging. We called Metro towing and Isaiah was there within 30 minutes!! He asked us specific questions so he knew which truck to bring out. Was very professional, understating, and even shared a few laughs. Great guy! He even made sure we were completely out of our mud hole before prepping to leave. Would absolutely recommend them anytime!
