I am extremely pleased by the level of professionalism I received from Metro Towing, from start to finish. The text communications were a great touch, and Isiah did a stand-up job getting me taken care of. He was very professional, and he had a lot of hustle in his step. I have a teenager daughter who is driving now, and I am sometimes hesitant about which tow service I might want to use if I am not there with her, but I won't hesitate to call again if any of our family needs service from Metro Towing. We always love and recommend Merto because of what they do for the community, but today after we requested them specifically for help after an accident Isiaha went above and beyond to assist us. He was so kind, patient, Understanding and helpful. I may request him personally next time we need assistance because of his thoughtfulness though I hope to not need to. Metro 5 stars Isiaha 5 stars!

Excellent service and 30 minutes faster than AAA estimated! Had a radiator tank crack and leave me stranded on an interstate off ramp. They showed up quick, loaded the Tundra and got me home safely.
While attending our granddaughters wedding in Joplin, Missouri we locked our keys in our vehicle at the Love’sTruck Stop in Neosho, Mo. We were at a loss for what to do facing a 450 mile trip home. A Love’s employee recommended we call Metro Towing and Locksmith in Neosho. A short time later Walker showed up with a smile and a deft movement that unlocked the door that contained our money, our clothes and our keys. He was as courteous and kind as he could be and soon has us on our way. In a matter of moments he had erased all fears of our ever returning home. Thank you, Walker.

Absolutely THANK YOU! Thought we had a dead battery but Charlie was able to inform us it was an alternator. He came out and checked it out and tried to jump it a couple times but with no luck! He was so nice, kind and respectful. It was a friend and I so I’m used to car guys making me feel like an idiot but he was so kind and offered advice. Def recommend to anyone!
John has always taken the best care of my truck. If notices something unusual when loading or unloading he will bring it to your attention. I had a blow out with one of my tires and he noticed and pointed out that a break line was leaking. I was able to get it fixed the same day.
Ive used metro several times they have sent somebody right away every time the driver isiah is always very careful and for a younger guy he knows how to tow. one of my cars is super low but he got it on without dragging the bumper and put it in a tight spot for me.everytime I've used metro I've been happy about the way they handled my vehicles

I don’t normally leave reviews but this company was outstanding for us and I had to share! Checked prices with different companies and they were definitely the most reasonable, they got to the car very quickly, the dispatcher was so sweet and the driver was an absolute saint! Helped us diagnose it real quick and even explained to my 17 year old son how to fix it! Made our day 10 times better that it wasn’t near as bad as we had thought!
We’re usually the recovery vehicle for friends but last night we desperately needed help. We had gotten high center thanks to our spare and our truck was not budging. We called Metro towing and Isaiah was there within 30 minutes!! He asked us specific questions so he knew which truck to bring out. Was very professional, understating, and even shared a few laughs. Great guy! He even made sure we were completely out of our mud hole before prepping to leave. Would absolutely recommend them anytime!
