I don't know if he racist or what, but I know we got an air compressor from him, and it was not working so i kept it ob because i had to go to memphis AUTO ZONE to get 1 so i go back to the shop put the 1 from auto zone on and put the 1 from him in the box the auto zone 1 was in so today we (me a black female and my mom ) bring it back and he proceeds to claim he put a number on there when we clearly seen him put dots on it and that's it and let's be clear we where in portageville missouri and any black person know what missouri is all about but us black people try to give people the benefit of doubt but anyway I wouldn't recommend no other skin tone other than the color of milk to go there and if you are that race ( the color of milk) and don't condone in that I would ask you not go there for anything either.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed I drove 127 miles on their description of the parts and I was not disappointed,excellent parts and service. I would recommend them to anybody.
Friendly staff, I had called them ahead of time to get my stuff ready they had some stuff ready but the air bags I ordered where still in the truck yet so I had to wait a little for them, but the guy apologized for the delay. I’d recommend these people if you’re in the area and need some parts
I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. They were friendly and very helpful. They were the only ones that had the part I needed within 100 miles. I called around closing time and they had the part ready by 7am the next day. Took it home and put it on and it worked. They saved me $318.64. I will definitely keep coming back.
BEWARE!!! Would not provide an invoice. Took money to ship part (promising cash on delivery). Part was never delivered. Contact person disappeared and never returned messages. I could not get my money back for shipping ....shipping tjat NEVER happened.
They really care about you.. And if it's not right they will make things right. The worker name Gary is one that will help you have a very well experience. I definitely will refer them.
Guys have a lot more knowledge about parts than your new parts stores. Hate visiting places and finding kids that are barely qualified to sell air fresheners at Wal-Mart and someone have them selling engines that don't know the difference between CC and CI or that it even is something needed. These guys know their business and are organized and very qualified with a great inventory location system with a network that's great for acquiring what they don't have.
Terrible Service!!! Terrible Prices!!! Went to pick up a door for a customers vehicle. When we arrived the door was gutted and sitting on concrete. The sales rep kicked a bolt into the door and scratched the paint as we were looking at it.
