Says call, so you call, then they dont have it, or it will be priced higher than new from Deere. Not very freindly and terrible about communicating. Save your time and look elsewhere
I ordered a grill guard for JD 6430 tractor. They showed a picture of a nice used grill guard. When I received the item it was burned up ,warped ,and bent up. Update!! I'm changing my review to five stars because Boot Hill tractor parts called me and apologized for the mix-up on their part and they are going to refund some of my money. So it seems like to me that Boothill tractor parts is a company with integrity and I do recommend them for your needs.
This place has a lot of parts for late model tractors. They’re a great option for more expensive versus buying new. Some of their parts are definitely overpriced though so be sure to compare to new before buying.
Dealing with Bootheel Tractor Parts has been a fantastic experience despite facing the challenging difficulties of purchasing and shipping the part to Australia. The customer service, particularly the communication with Jacob, was highly productive.
The website shows that they have 4-5 of my tractors being dismantled. But, they said it's not updated regularly and they didn't have the part I needed. Very frustrating that the website says one thing, then you call and they say nope, don't have anything.
Great guys down there. Went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Even went pictures to make sure part was what I needed and as described. A+ outfit.
