We had a very bad experience with JSH Truck Repair & Towing.
Yesterday we replaced one air bag with them and were charged $700. Less than 24 hours later, we had to replace two more air bags because of their poor workmanship. The air bags were installed incorrectly, and the level valve was left all the way down, causing the trailer to tilt excessively. This improper setup caused additional damage to the suspension and the other air bags.
Today we had to pay another $1,100 to fix the damage that resulted from their mistake.
This is completely unacceptable. When you pay professional repair prices, you expect professional work — not careless installation that leads to even more expensive repairs the next day.
We do not recommend this shop. Very disappointed with the quality of work and the costly consequences of their negligence.
Excellent, during that winter storm in January of 2026, I got stuck in a truck stop and they came out and pulled me to the road. 1/30/26 stop in today was have a problem with my truck it had went into to Derate I didn’t know what I was going to do explain to the guy at the front desk what was going on with my truck he told me to pull.in front of the shop and they will see what they can do well they did what they could a great job got me in and out and on my way thank you guys for the great service I will be recommending you to whoever I see that needs your service!!!

This is an excellent shop and conveniently close to the highway and two truck stops right next to them. Their mechanics and shop is excellent and very state of the art and they do excellent work and service. They also work very fast to get you in and fixed and on your way again.
Dealing TW on getting us in and out of their shop ASAP was an absolute dream. What a great bunch of people here. Called a day ahead to let them I was coming in for simple trailers abs issue and get fuel filters changed. The shop was plenty busy with other projects but they got to me right away and got back out the road. They came recommended from a friend I work with. I would also recommend them to anyone needing work on their CAT or Cummins. They know what they’re doing.
Truck repair was quick and sturdy great hospitality great people they gave me a great company shirt and hat had my truck repaired as fast as humanly possible and shuttled me too and from my hotel, they also customize and build trucks from the ground up so I’d say they’ll be seeing me again forsure!! Called in last minute to have my Class A checked out for a long trip. Greased, adjusted, and air up everything. No questions asked, got me in and taken care of. They also have beautiful Pete eye candy on the lot. Thanks for everything Roll Tide
These guys and gals helped me out so much when I was in a bad predicament. So thankful for good people still out there. They drove my truck across the street for me while I was in a not good situation. Just out of being good people. Thank you guys so much for your kindness and help.
JSH was amazing. We had an issue with out motorhome and were able to limp into the shop. No appointment yet they had a tech out looking at it within 45 minutes. They were able to diagnose the issue, fix it, and get us back on the road in a couple of hours. All at a more than reasonable cost. We highly recommend them.
My trailer had a broken weld on the brake chamber mounting bracket this morning 9/4/25. These guys got it fixed quick, fast, and in a hurry. I can now write this review from the comfort of my own home instead of being stuck out in a motel. Thank You!!!
We were traveling through , Charleston, MO. Our Brake Boost went out .landed at Eagle Inn ( very nice ppl.) , no shops in town would do it . Went over to JSH TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR. They gave me a name to call and within minutes it was on its way... Google couldn't do it , BUT JSH DID.. It is also and outstanding repair shop as I drove Semi's as well. These guys are amazing! They are not mechanic shop by the highway who just want to rob you when you don’t have choice to choose the shop . So friendly, professional, reasonable prices , people who know what they do , that is what I can say about them . I widely recommend them to anyone who needs truck repair .
Hands down the best repair shop I have been to. They went out of their way to get me up and going to make my deadline. Fast and friendly service. Not only was I happy with the service, I was also very pleased with the price. They have done a fantastic job and I will be returning in the future. Even if your just passing through and stopping next door for fuel, stop in and buy a t-shirt or something, you’ll be glad you did.

I walked into that place with my 14 year old son needing mechanical help and that old lady in there was so rude and disinterested in what I was asking for i just ended up walking out.... talk about the opposite of customer service.... the other 2 women you could tell were a bit more sympathetic but not in a position to speak up as much I feel... especially for this part of Missouri... you dont expect to deal with folks that are callus. Never would i go there again.... lost my money for life.

For the drivers I would stay away from this place. They are so expensive they will rip you off on the repair. They just charge us $1863 four or 5 miles towing and the starter to change on the Peterbilt people that work inside they’re really rude. They don’t have a bathroom. That’s what they say. You cannot use it. You can go to flying J and use it but not there. I would not recommend this place for nobody. They charge me $510 for an hour and 45 minutes that he work to change the Starter
Great shop! They are fast, friendly and fair with the prices. We put on two tires and a Mudflap on within an hour and the driver was on the way with a free T shirt. Highly recommend them!
Great family business with top notch mechanics. Highly recommended. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future when traveling through. They had me up an going in no time.
Broke down on 57 just short of 55. JSH was called and showed up within 20 minutes, got my truck lifted up and arrived in Sikeston quickly. The price surprised me! I thought it would be much more. I would absolutely recommend JSH if you're in a bind and need a hook. When my grandson heard my truck was down, he got ready for the assist! If you have any pics of the Superman truck, please post them. He'd love to see that.
