We were so pleased with this company after our boat broke down. They responded quickly and were extremely professional. Captain Liam Curtright was the best! He went out of his way to make sure the experience was as smooth and uncomplicated as possible.

Liam did a great job getting me and my seadoo home safety! He also explained the process to me so I knew what to expect. Thank you Liam, we will refer you to our friends and family.

Nice group of guys. Very professional and courteous. They were a little busy when I called them. However, they were up front with me about the estimated time and estimated cost. They overestimated on both. They got my boat to me sooner than expected and under the cost I was quoted. Thank you guys for your services. 7 Hopefully, I never need a tow again, but if I do, you'll be the one I call.

Our boat wouldn't start when we were several miles from home. Captian Liam was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He got our boat towed home fast. We would use their service again if we need a tow.

Captain CJ was excellent - we called our boat us number (We have a subscription) Best decision ever! He rapidly came to HaHaTonya state park - (45 minutes) gave us a jump and then followed us back to Camdenton to our location to make sure our boat worked .

Fast, efficient towing! When we were in a stressful situation their first concern was for our safety! Very caring on the phone and CJ did an excellent job towing us!

Fast excellent service. Liam was our captain and he was very thorough and took great care of us even made sure we made the tow back to our slip and everything was tied down. It’s not ideal to break down on the water, but if you have their insurance for $200 a year, I don’t know who wouldn’t own that Expensive but these guys save you money.

We have lived at the Lake of the Ozarks for 23+ years and have never had a tow membership until recently. As the original owners of an “older” boat, we are so thankful for this service. The peace of mind we felt when we heard that comforting voice reassuring us that help was on the way was worth EVERY penny of the very marginal cost for the membership. The captain was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We got back safe and secure to our dock and are forever grateful for his help. As a bonus, we found out that not only does our membership cover our boat but it also covers both of our PWC’s for the same price! We recommend this membership to all of our family and friends and will NEVER be without it! Thank you TowBoat US Lake of the Ozarks!

I was fishing way up in the Gravois and had a cranking battery issue. I called Tow Boat U.S. Lake of the Ozarks and they came out and had me up and running in no time. If you spend a lot of time on the water, get the membership. They were pros, Thanks again Tow Boat U.S. Lake of the Ozarks!

This is an awesome service, they will actually bring you gas if you break down, tow your boat, give you a jump or whatever you need! The crew will show up quick and they know the Lake extremely well so you won’t be stranded in a random cove or in the middle of the insane choppy waters for long. Get your membership so you don’t have to worry when you break down. Seriously the membership costs less than a tank of gas in most boats, and they are always just a phone call away! Highly recommend!

We am very disappointed in this business. When we received this business from the marina I called right away. I didn’t have my purse with me so they were understanding and said I could pay when we arrived home. That was the only nice thing they did They were 30-40 minutes late on what they told us their arrival time would be. We ended up not needing a tow, a kind family helped us out during our long wait for them. We were told we still had to pay, which I understood to a degree. We asked Tow boat us to follow us back to our cove. This request was in the direction that they came from. We had about 13 miles back to our cove. After maybe a mile the boat took off. When we arrived back home called the company and the charge was for an hour and a half. We understood that we would need to pay but we felt like paying for an hour not 1 1/2 hours. They took longer and didn’t “take” or follow us back. I have called a few times and no one will return our call. I WOULD NOT recommend this business. The only reason I left one star was because I had to click on something. Otherwise I wouldn’t leave any stars.

From the very first phone call they were kind, patient and on the ball. The gal scheduling our tow was incredible. The tow boat driver was so so nice and very professional. We would recommend them to everyone! While I hope we never need their services again, if we do they will be the only tow company that we will use!

They left us stranded for 2 hours because they were towing a boat that had no passengers on board. The tow itself was fine but when they dropped us at the marina they didn’t do anything the marina told them too we ended up having to row the boat to where it was supposed to be would not recommend call Burgers marina instead. After leaving this review they preceded to call me and said that I lied and the marina lied the marina is also a rival tow company that has a documented history of this company doing the same thing to them I’m sure they will charge me more than what they should because of this issue I hope my review will keep others away

Awesome job on moving my boat from dock to dock. The Guys had great attitudes and was very knowledgeable and experienced.
