My elderly mother and I had a flat tire at night in a heavy rain storm on the very winding highway 42 east of Osage Beach. Triple AAA dispatched the best of the best! The guys at Hi-Tech hauled us back to the shop where they repaired the tire and sent us on our way home. We're grateful for their help and pretty sure you will be too!!
Riley was absolutely amazing when he towed my vehicle. He has great customer service skills. He made me feel comfortable and kept me informed on his E.T.A. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family.
A replacement clutch in my car they did not turn my flywheel because they called me and said it was a little warped did they want me to turn it and I said well yeah I paid them $1,500 for a new clutch you think that would have came included with it and I said well I already gave you have a check for $1,500 that I got a loan for can you just let me pay you on Friday they told me no we can't do that that's part of the clutch so they put a warp flywheel back in there after I spent $1,500 1 year later issues with clutch want owners information or I will get a lawyer
Brought my car in due to no A/C. Told me to bring it in the following Tuesday morning, I did and they took it in as soon as I got there. They had it fixed in a matter of an hour or so, connections were restored and replenished my Freon. Now it’s back to working perfectly! I’ve had multiple vehicles in this shop and all were taken care of properly, good people and great service! Highly recommend them. Thanks hi-tech! :)
Hi Tech came out and did an extraction on friends in the loose rock. Hi Tech was ther in less than 29 minutes. The tech was really nice and had her out in less 5 minutes. Thank you Hi Tech.
We had something hit our windshield on the highway and caused a crack across it. After calling two other places that were at least a week out to get it replaced we called Hi-Tech and they got us fixed up the very next day. Great service!
390 miles from home and I couldn't start my 18 year old show car Mustang..."DURING A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!" I had to have someone tow it to a local Ford dealer and I don't have tow insurance. Dispatch was friendly and caring, rest assured I would be helped!!! The driver knew the area and was there in a jiffy! What a relief! He pampered my ride and it got to the dealer, 18 miles away" without a scratch. The price was less expensive then my others car towing company I have insurance with. "5 star service!"
Charged me 65 dollars for a jump start and didn’t even have a jump box that would jump my truck highly disappointed being I live 1/4 mile from the shop
Tony was extremely helpful, kind, and a joy to have helping me tow my car when it gave up 100 miles from home, he even stayed late so i could pick it up when it started working again all of a sudden! Every tow company needs guys like that.
Did good job but driver was a bit harsh a few weeks ago, used a few words in front of our kids. Maybe he was having a bad day. I could have given a lower star rating but they did take care if us. Should have been a 5 star.
1 star because I couldn’t give a 0. They just flat out denied the tow to AAA (was told by agent) and had the audacity to say they didn’t even receive a call from AAA when I called to see when they were coming. Oh did I fail too mention that the representative did tell me I could pay cash and get a reimbursement from AAA later, how convenient their driver became available.
Just read on Facebook that they make cars unaccessible after an accident and even if your car was stolen and wrecked. Definitely would not pay the supposed $500 to be able to grab my personal belongings out of my car, that is theft. I understand if I called and asked for my car to be towed, I’d expect to pay and towing fee. Although if someone stole my car and wrecked it and law enforcement called to get it towed I shouldn’t be expected to pay $500. I will never use Hi-Tech for towing and or fixing my vehicle. Sounds like a very shitty and shady business. The last 2 accidents I’ve had I never had to pay a fee before I could get my belongings out of my car.
I brought my qx80 into the shop, Joel was the first person I spoke with and kept contact with, he’s very professional and did everything to keep me happy. My vehicle is perfection and I really appreciate this shop. I will recommend it in the future! Thank you all for your hard work and prompt services!
Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the truck driver (he also does carpet stretching...), but I wanted to commend him for his prompt and courteous service at midnight in December. He was there within ten-to-fifteen minutes, and had me taken care of in an instant.

Needed a tow through my insurance company. So they told me that Hi-Tech would take care of it. Never received a call after 40 minutes of waiting. Waited a little longer and then called, Was told I had to wait an extra 25 minutes at most. Waited 40 minutes then canceled and got a better service.
Dominic and Jason were the complete BOMB today. I needed a boat towed to a service center. In addition my driveway was not the easiest to work with. Everything imaginable happened. I had a complete breakdown when we got the boat out of the pole barn and I got a full look at it. These guys were so sympathetic for me and totally made my day. That could have just said sorry ma’am we can’t help you but they were persistent and I can’t even express my thanks enough. I DEFINITELY will call and use them again. Kudos my new friends
Responded immediately and came to unlock my vehicle within 5 minutes of the call. Once he got there, he was very friendly and got the job done within minutes!
If I could rate it less stars I would. The dispatcher was very rude. We used AAA when my 16yo daughter went off the road into the ditch. The driver basically kept her hostage on the side of the road until they received a po# from aaa at 230 in the morning!! The dispatcher purposely did not accept the original aaa because she told the driver she wanted to wait and see where the vehicle was located. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ran out of range near the highway and had to get towed into Osage Beach. Shawn came out very quickly on a Saturday and picked me up. He was very friendly and courteous. He was very careful strapping up my model y and we had a great conversation on the way back. Bill for a tow wasn't as expensive as I was expecting on a 4th of July weekend either.
We had our truck repaired after a small collision and they did a great job. They are thorough and gave it a nice detailing. We were running late to pick our truck up and they stayed after closing to wait for us. Highly recommend
He responded quickly. He took a little bit longer than either one of us anticipated to get my locked keys out of my car, but he was successful. He was also. $10 cheaper than the local locksmith. I recommend.
Very rarely do I ever give someone or a business 5 stars. Simply because we all have room for improvement. However, Hi Tech's towing service was simply wonderful. The only complaint I have regarding the entire process; is I wish my insurance company would have contacted them from the start. Instead I had to wait almost 4 hours before Hi Tech was contacted to tow my truck. Had my insurance called them first. Hi Tech would have been there in less than an hour. The tow truck drive was absolutely terrific to work with. He had my truck loaded and we were en route to my house within about 20 minutes of his arrival. I wish I could remember his name, but the date and time of service was August 13, 2022 @ around 8:35 pm.
I had a Freightliner box truck broken down in Osage Beach at Tan Tar A. Two of Hi Tech's drivers came out. They not only didn't charge me for a jump start when they realized that was not the problem, they hooked up and towed my truck from an inconvenient location, on a Friday night, in the rain, all while being careful, polite, and professional. Anyone who has ever been to Tan Tar A will realize how steep the hills are and how narrow the road in is. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are broken down within their service area, DO NOT hesitate to call them. They helped me get a very stressful problem solved, and at half what I expected to be charged.
We made an 11am appointment with the u-haul shop across the street to rent a trailer. Show up and he wasn't there. Thankfully the awesome folks at hi tech were able to accommodate our needs and did it in remarkable time and professional fashion. It's not every day a classic muscle car comes out of their hiding spot so it was a bit of a nervous experience. A huge thank you to Jeremy. I won't hesitate to use his services again.
