Had a flat tire during the holiday season when most places were closed, but Rick’s Tire came through. They were responsive, quick, and got me back on the road without any hassle. Fair pricing, friendly service, and clearly people who care about their customers. Highly recommend, especially in a pinch.
Stopped into Rick’s during a drive across the country. My windshield was caked with the last 500 miles worth of bugs. I got lucky and Rick met me at pump with a handshake, a smile, and gave my windshield the best cleaning it’s seen in years. Rick has all of the fluids you need to keep your rig going and all of the staff greeted me with a smile. I overheard one of the mechanics accurately explaining a wheel bearing issue to a customer. You don’t get service and honesty like that often these days.
I had my tires replaced at Rick’s in Bavier, Missouri, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Rick showed genuine professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and delivered results that exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who takes as much pride in their craft as Rick does. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else, and I highly recommend him to anyone who values quality work and honest service.
Had a appointment today for 8:30 to have a inspection done. Arrived early Rick acknowledged I was there and what I was there for. I did as he asked and waited, and waited and waited. At 8:55 my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot had never moved no inspection done nothing. I have been a fan of Ricks up till this I can honestly say I no longer recommend doing business here.
While traveling across country we noticed our tire was badly worn. Rick’s was recommended to us at the Loves truck stop. They changed our tire and we were back on the road within an hour. Very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend by us.
Rick's was amazing. My family and I went to stay at Longbranch State Park. When we got there my parents Honda started having issues. We thought it had fixed itself and it did not. When my parents were driving down the highway to visit a local memorial the car broke down. Ricks Service and Tire immediately got their car in and got it fixed even when being booked a week out. We live 2 hours and 15 minutes away and they gave it everything the could and got it fixed for us. Tyler and Tasha were amazing people to speak to on the phone. I also was expecting to spend a lot of money because it was an emergency fix, but yet they charged us less than what I planned. Good people and a good business.
Fantastic service. We got a flat driving from WA— luckily we limped here, they fixed us up immediately, cleaned our windshield, and got us on our way. Thank you guys so much for being there.
I love this place. I only stopped as I was going thru, probably never be thru again, I hate that because if I could go here every time I needed gas. I'd stop here! Very nice people. They pump your gas for you and they have a mechanic shop! This is a home town. Friendly/ family place. I highly recommend this stop to everyone.
We were passing through town when the alternator went out in our Honda Pilot. Tyler took great care of us and stayed after closing to get us back on the road the sane day. Everyone at Rick's was super nice and upfront with potential costs on this repair. We can't thank you enough for everything you did for us. If we lived in the area, this would definitely be our new full time garage.
Broke down in MO on my way to my daughter’s national soccer tournament in KS ; thank God I was just down the road from Tyler & Rick @ Rick’s service & tire … and he nicest people made room for me and my dog Charlie and took care of my truck so that I could pick it up on the way home from the tournament. If I’m in MO and need any type of work on my vehicle I’ll be at Rick’s with Charlie ☺️👍

This is the BEST experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. They communicated every step of the way. Took me through step by step everything they did with my car and explained pricing for parts and labor. Asked if I was good on gas before I left AND pulled the car up to the front door for me. The lady I spoke with when I called the store (Tosha) was kind, answered every question, and did not mind when I called to check on my car. They kept the car for 5 days and it drives like it is brand new!! I HIGHLY recommended this place!!!
Rick has a full service, service station. You will see Rick out washing windows, pumping your fuel, visiting and asking how you are. It's not often the owner is out there doing the actual work.
We called for oil change appointments and could get both vehicles in the next day! He has other automotive services as well.

The day we were in the place was buzzing with many people in and out! I'm glad for him! I was not in Mayberry and Rick isn't Gomer Pyle but it was a great experience nonetheless! 😉
Quality work. Nice place too. I was really impressed that they offer full service at the pump. I saw employees that not only pumped gas but check tire pressure and washed windshields too.
Popped a tire on the highway about 16 miles West of Rick's and called to see if they might have a new tire. They didn't have the size in, but said they could probably repair it if the hole was in the tread.
We made it there after putting on the spare, and not only was everyone exceptionally kind and helpful, the repair took less than 30 mins.
Highly recommend this shop. Never have I had such an easy time after getting a flat.
The unexpected check engine light popped on the dash, and I was hundreds of miles away from home. I pulled into Rick's Service & Tire in the early morning hours. After looking the car over, and trying to restart the car...it wouldn't turn over.
Later that morning, Tyler was able to take a few minutes out of his day to check out our vehicle, and the code was coming back as the mass air filter sensor. You can imagine how nervous and stressed I was. Tyler was able to remove a huge impacted bug from the mass air flow filter, and he sent us on our way.
My son and I want to express a sincere thank you to Tyler, and the team at Rick's Service & Tire. Your community is lucky to have such a honest, trustworthy and compassionate business.

Me and my daughter were unfortunately stuck with a bad alternator on a trip form Kansas City MO to Quincy IL. Rick's was a lifesaver. They were open on Saturday, and I was able to drop my car off there and it was kept safe until they could work on it on Monday. They were able to get the parts needed (serpentine belt too) and get me on the road home that day. Tyler did a great job keeping me updated and working on my car. He was extremely honest, forthcoming and pleasant. He took great care with my very old car and got it ready so I could head home in the daytime. The price was right and very fair for all the work completed. Shelia was a doll and helped keep me updated and I even got a hug when I left. I wish I lived closer to Bevier, MO as I would have a new mechanic and place to take all our vehicles to get fixed. Not that I would recommend having to work out getting your car worked on, on the fly, but if you have to - no better than Rick's.
Bought fuel used restroom. Go to this independently owned Sinclair. Ignore the big corporate loves across the highway. The owner rick filled my tank and cleaned my windshield. This place is as American as you can get. Spend your money here if you need fuel⛽️.lots of cars being worked on .if you are on the road in Missouri and need mechanical work go here.
Rick's saved our vacation. Our water pump when out 1/2 way into our road trip. They were all super friendly and fixed it for us on a Saturday morning. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I would recommend Rick's to anyone.
They are Fine & Friendly people at Rick’s Tires. Rick did the job well & in a timely manner. I just moved here from IN & I was highly recommended to Rick by my neighbor. He installed new tires on my car. I am very happy that I bought my tires from Rick since he gave me a very fair deal. I immediately returned & bought tires for my pickup. In the future he will continue to enjoy my patronage.
If I could give this place 1 million stars I would! This is the CLEANEST and most organized store I have ever been to.
But most importantly and beat part of this place is a nice lady named Sheila! The most welcoming and accommodating person in the world!
Place has been open 70 plus years!

Traveling through and had a blowout on the horse trailer. Pulled in at Rick's at 5 pm on a Saturday. New tires on and done by 6. Then we asked where we could find a camp ground and they let us stay there. The customer service was great. They had what I needed in stock and the price was reasonable. I was worried, being an older woman, and not from the area, that someone would try to take advantage of the situation. Rick's made us feel welcome and they were honest with me. What a great asset this business is to the community.
Honest, fair and a long time local family business. I think they are well staffed, trained and equipped to repair and maintain any later model automotive mechanical needs.
Stopped in here while traveling to use the restroom. The staff was nice and greeted me when I walked in. The men’s restroom was very clean. The store also appeared well stocked. This was a pleasant stop on my road trip. Conveniently located near the highway so it’s not a major detour.
