I was heading to take my daughter to a doctors appointment, I wheeled in to get gas and my car wouldn’t start back up. I called Carquest and they sent me Bobby he got my car started and I drove to the store he then put my new battery in! I can tell you their customer service is top notch!!

Everyone is very helpful when I come into the store. I’ve had to have windshield wipers replaced and anyone that helps me always does it with a smile. Kelsy always asks what can she help with. I’ve been in the store when she answers the phone and she’s always polite and professional.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Won't get parts anywhere else! They get it right the first time and they look at it before you leave the store to make sure it's what you ordered. If not, they make it right asap
