He went above and beyond for me. I called needing a tow my car wouldn't start. When he showed up before putting me all the way in the truck he went out of his way to test some things. Was able to start my car with a jump and suggest I just need a battery. He followed me to the nearest auto parts store. Helped me make sure I was getting the right battery and even installed it for me and handled the dead battery for me. Through this whole process went above and beyond definitely 10/10 would recommend. PS: it's family owned him and his wife always love supporting local businesses.
What started out as a great day as we were heading to Mark Twain lake to camp, turned yucky quick when our truck listed our transmission was having a problem shifting gears. So lucky we were close to Behlman GMC in Troy, MO. We hit the exit and they checked the code right away and we learned that we weren’t going camping. We have Good Sam Roadside Service so we had to call for help. We needed our camper to be towed to our home in Maryland Heights, MO. Good Sam sent us Jarod from Alpha Wrecker Services. Jarod arrived at the GMC dealership and was very polite and started immediately hooking up our camping trailer. Jarod was very professional and spoke with us regarding the hook up and tow. Within 15 minutes he had our Camping trailer hooked up to his truck, He verified our address and he left. Our brother in law had traveled out to pick my husband and I up and we left. We got home and Jarod was there within a few minutes behind us. He parked the camper exactly where we wanted it. He unhooked it and spoke with us for about 10 minutes. Jarod was so knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Thank you Alpha Wrecking Service for turning our bad situation into a minor inconvenience!

This company is by far the best towing company I’ve ever used. Came out on a Saturday quickly. Recovered a 50,000 pound bucket truck that was broke down at the bottom of a steep hill in wildwood. Incredible customer service, and they are good at what they do. Highly recommend.
