Jackson Automotive was awesome to deal with. We hit a deer on the highway late on a Sunday night and they were quick to respond and genuinely there to help. The owner/operator was familiar with towing Tesla's and had everything needed (not usually the case). He waited for our ride to show up before taking the car to the shop.

Changed an insane amount of money to get my truck out of impound. Refused to let me get my wallet out of my truck which contained driver license, money, and vehicle title all needed to get my vehicle out.
Addendum: I suggest you check your records again, sir. I was driving a 1999 black crv . You towed it from Abels gas station approximately 2 miles to your yard off doe run Rd. You then made it near impossible for me to get it back and charged me somewhere around $400. You may not remember me but I certainly remember you.
They always do a fantastic job with my car. I'm now sending my bf and my aunt here. It's over half hour drive for them but they take it to them to get quality work at a fair price.
From a woman’s point of view I 100% trust this shop. I have always gotten great deals, super fast and accurate work. Melissa is always great at communicating. Special attention is given to safety concerns above all else. I have been here several times and I have always left feeling so thankful and I NEVER feel swindled. Haven’t had a good tow experience in awhile. Cameron picked up my 05 Chevy Corvette with amazing customer service. Showed up fast, loaded the car fast and was on his way! Very respectful, polite, fast paced, and really like how he could talk and work at the same time! Among the best service I’ve had in awile and I have had AAA for 9 years! Definitely need more drivers like him!
I have dealt with this company for years and the service, level of professionalism has been impeccable. They know what they are doing and hold the highest standards for themselves and anyone working for them.
Worst service experience ever. Complete jerk driver shows up, lazy as it gets, unprofessional, rude, and hit on my wife. Complete sleaze bag business. If you need a tow or anything related to your vehicle, I recommend calling anyone else.

Because the closest towing company was unavailable (mail box ful and been on vacation since August 7) AAA instead called Jackson's Automotive who gladly came to tow my car from Troy to a location in Moscow Mills at 5:50 PM on a Saturday night! Brian, who was my technician, was so patient, polite, and professional in every way! Thank you, Brian for making a ba situation much better! I highly recommend Jackson's Automotive in Elsberry to get your vehicle towed in a timely manner.
O.M.G. I got myself in quite a pickle when I did not see a crazy curb in the Medicine Shoppe parking lot. (My husband still doesn’t understand how I didn’t see it and no, I wasn’t on my phone.) An Elsberry police officer suddenly appeared right after I did it. He was extremely nice and helpful. I was going to contact my insurance company to get a tow truck, but he said Jackson’s towing was extremely good at what they do. He said this guy can “right” an overturned semi. So, the police officer contacted them for me and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for him to get on the scene (he had been out assisting someone else.) Believe me when I say I literally had my car in a seesaw position over this curb. I felt so stupid. And the way he got me off of it was nothing short of a miracle and was due to extensive expertise. He had belts that went through the inside of my car and he gently lifted the backend like a sling. He instructed me as to when to move forward as he lifted the car and then he gently set the car down. He inspected it for damage while he was doing all this. I didn’t get his name, but he was just the nicest guy and didn’t make me feel stupid. I was amazed that I had no damage to the underside of my car. A different kind of tow truck would not have had the ability to do what this driver did. Thank you SO MUCH for your assistance and kind service!! A++++

Let me just tell you, these guys have gotten me out of a couple of pickles. Between locking the keys in the car to sliding off the road in a ditch. They have always been there and so far get me back in my car.
A+++ We recently had our truck quit working while camping. Jackson’s Wrecker Service came on a rainy, Sunday morning & hauled our truck home for us. Luckily we had family there to “haul us & the camping gear” home…lol! The Jacksons were very friendly & helpful. I would call them again if we ever have car problems in the area & need a tow!
Aswered 6pm easter weekend on 3rd ring. Picked up my 3/4 ton truck within the hour, And delivered it promptly.. reasonably priced. These guys are pros. Hope i dont have to, but if needing a tow id call them again
I was n a pinch,, had a flat on a tire on front of Tractor,, while I was working on a river house,, I live along ways away,,Stopped n to c if they could fix a flat,, yea,, if I leave it and they get to it just whenever they can,, So I asked if I could just dropped the tractor and trailer there and get to it fixed,,, Oh No,, Don't have any extra space for that,, So I guess they just don't have time to fix a simple flat for someone who Don't Have a appointment,, if I knew I was going to have a flat,, I would of made one,, So Thanks for All your Help,, Would not recommend this place to No Obe
They crafted some parts for some ladder racks I was installing on my truck. They got it spot on and gave me a fair price. I have always been treated good by Jackson's and would recommend them to anyone.
Knows his stuff and backs his work, hard to get in on a last minute issue, but he'll try if he can, but he's a trustworthy mechanic, and that's hard to find.
Great place could not find my father's truck and they went above and beyond to help me find it. Thank you so much guys u guys did a wonderful job and I appreciate all your guys work.
I have been utilizing Jackson Automotive since I moved into town over 15 years ago. They have always been fair, courteous and honest. I have never had a complaint about their service and will continue to go there for all of my automotive needs.
