Worst experience ever I went out Sunday night after a critical car accident to retrieve my keys nobody was there I got a call on Monday and the lady informed me she couldn’t give me my keys until she received payment. So the next day I returned after said insurance payment went through she informed me that “we don’t have the keys but you can go look in the car for them” so lying and getting paid are more important than customer service? If I could give it negative stars I would.
They forgot to put me on the schedule after I called. They told me 600 would cover what I needed done and it was twice the amount and they didn't even call to ask if they could go over 600 but told me they would.
EDIT TO RESPOND. I dont need to call highway patrol. This is my review on YOUR COMPANY and how you handled everything. That car wasnt even there an hour before you towed it AND LEFT THE CAR IN YOUR LOT LEANING WITHOUT BEING JACKED BACK UP OR ON BRICKS. YOU KNOW THAT CAN DAMAGE A CAR AND U KNOW U DAMAGED IT DRAGGING IT WITHOUT ANY TIRES ON THE DRIVER SIDE. I honestly feel like u all are theives. U didn't even want to meet to give the car back!!
This company stole my mom's vehicle off a false police report. The vehicle wasn't on the side of the road for a whole day before they took it. We took both tires off so she could get new tires and the car was left jacked up. Robert's left it on the lot, not on jacks, bricks, or nothing. Robert's took it AND DAMAGED THE FRONT BUMPER. They're claiming it was like that and it was not. So not only are they not handling vehicles with care, they're not taking accountability for their mess ups. For that reason alone, I definitely don't recommend them. Good luck!
Great people, got me towed in, repaired fast, and back on the road. Great shop facilities and equipment. People are friendly and professional. They even loaned a car to go eat.
Robert is an amazing gentleman! He went way out of his way, in the cold rain to get my vehicle unlocked, even though it was a very challenging task, he was determined to get me in that truck! I would recommend him a million times. Thank you, Robert!
Ok got towed and fixed but that’s not the important thing here ! The important thing is mark wahlberg works here !…..the girls in the front are super nice and the mechanics are also good people appreciate all the help guys.
This is very rude guys please don’t go there yesterday my truck broke down at general mill haniball and I said this tow company please drop my truck at loves repair shop this tow guy told me we have shop we will fix it after that when we reached at his shop they just check 5 min and tell us we can’t repair it please need to drop at frightliner I said ok and he charged me extra 400$ for towing and 120$ for repair which nothing done after that I said already pay 400$ for 2.5 mile why I pay extra 400$ +120$ they said me you cannot get your truck if you don’t pay me 520 $ they are thief please don’t go there all 5 reviews like 5 star not by customer it’s by self if any option about 0 star then I will give them 0 very rude guys……when I reached at frightliner they changed my starter and we good to go
When our car broke down about 10pm on a Sunday night, Robert's towing had us covered. Sent a truck out in a timely fashion, brought us to a hotel and brought the car to a repair shop. Their prices were fair. Give them a try.

kept me updated on their times as well. 100% Recommended.
Absolutely fabulous!! We have a Newmar Dutch Star and they were amazing and getting us diagnosed and on the road in a short amount of time! Very reasonable priced and a great group of people!
I was just in the shop , I had an emergency and they took me in right away. I want to say that this is the nicest shop and the people are so honest, and the owner is such a nice gentleman, and the lady at the front desk is the sweetest person I've ever met. They are fair and honest and I will be buying a truck soon and I will be back and I will do business with them , it's nice to know that there are good honest people still in the world, I'm a Christian and I pray that Jesus Christ blesses this business and everyone who works here.
What a great group of people, you guys helped finnigan in ways many shops would have taken advantage of. Beautiful trucks and shop, professional humans. If I ever break down in your area you will have my business.
Have not used them but after seeing what they did for Mike Finnegan on u-tube I would have no problem, if in the area, calling them. Fantastic bunch of guys.
Just watched a Youtube video of these guys helping out Finnegan's Garage and seeing how nice they were to them is how I wish I am helped if I ever breakdown! I maybe just a video watcher but these guy's handled them so well I want that to happen to other people who have broken down!
I was traveling for work and skidded off the road on 61 and was recommended that I called Roberts Garage. Troy, the owner of the company, came to assist me. He was on site within 20 minutes of making the call and helped me immensely. He hooked the car up very quickly and we were on out way in no time. Troy was very professional and I found the that the value was great.
