I’ve had my car serviced here for the same problem 3 times in as many months, and every few weeks after they “fix” the problem I end up broke down on the side of the road again with the same exact issue. The last time we had it fixed here, they called us to come pick it up saying it was fixed and we weren’t even able to leave their driveway!
Lathe and his team at Marionville auto sales do an excellent job. Just the other day they had my wife's jeep doing brakes & rotors. Lathe was kind enough to loan my wife a car to drive to work for the next day. Unfortunately for them it's the car Tommy was calling about. Marionville auto sales missed out on a sale because of Lathe's kindness. Sorry Tommy wasn't patient enough for my wife to return car after her work that day. I highly recommend these guy's. They are very honest and trust worthy.

Mickey mouse operation. Won't answer their own adds. Tell you one thing and do another. Wouldn't consider this so called dealer if you are a serious buyer. Reopeneding to your response. When you call out these unethical salesman like the one I delt with named Caleb. you get called and I quote sub human and childish. All because I called them out on their ghosting tactics. Never once updated me without numerous calls back to dealership just more untruth from a shady used car salesman. For future buyers just read Caleb's other reviews. You will see im not the only customer that finds him dishonest. I stand by my review and wouldn't ever give this dealership my hard earned money. Fortunately I found a good one and bought a vehicle from them no name calling no drama just a quick and smooth transaction.

Drove all the way from the Memphis area going after this truck. I contacted them multiple times to get information and videos of the truck to make sure it’s what I wanted before I drove 5.5 hours. They were super helpful the whole time. Test drove it for about an hour without an issue and they got the paperwork handled in a timely manner. Had the truck about 3 weeks now and it’s been great. I would recommend them to everyone I know if they were local to me. Since I can’t really do that here’s my stamp of approval. Good people and great service.

First off all the workers there are extremely nice and friendly. I bought a truck in December from them. Got the warranty. The transmission went out and the warranty covered that portion which was easy and fair, just took forever for the tranmission to come it. The 2nd and more concerning issue is the motor. I called several times to tell them that the motor is smoking when first started from the tailpipe and that is was burning oil. They didn't seemed worried about it. They had me bring it in and and said the valve covers were leaking and replaced those with the warranty. Then the transmission went out and while the truck was there I told them that the truck is still smoking and still burning oil. They couldn't find and leaks at all, and that I must have been over filling it when I added oil to cause it to smoke from the tail pipe. Drove it after the transmission replacement and now it needs a new motor or this one rebuilt. The truck lost lifters internally in the motor, number 4 and 6 cylinders have bent push rods, and cracked cylinders. The warranty is out of money due to the transmission replacement, and the motor went out before I could afford to buy another warranty. They said they tried to get the warranty cheaper the 2nd time since the transmission is under warranty still but the warranty company wouldn't work with them. I called them 2 weeks ago to talk about the matter and still have not received a call back. They should have checked more into the motor when I first had concerns about the oil burning issue and the smoke from the tile pipe. Leaky valve covers will not cause it to smoke from the tailpipe, over filling it will not cause it to smoke from the tailpipe.
I just want to say sorry to the people that I upset and say this people are great people to buy Vehicles from the work hard at trying to get you into a car or truck. I am sorry for everything I said about this company. I hope you don't judge me for that I did I am sorry from the bottom of my heart.
I traded in the 2012 Black Chevy truck Matthew is talking about. I owned it for 4+ years and drove it home to visit family in Illinois several times. Never had any transmission issues or many others to mention. I only traded it because I found another newer truck in the lot here that I really liked. I am very happy with the service I received here and was happy to leave a review about it when they reached out.
Sounds like the business has offered to help again in fixing the said transmission using the warranty and the customer is the one being difficult. People these days just want to complain instead of accepting things happen, especially on high mileage vehicles.
Bought a truck from this dealer because I had just got done meeting up with a couple other people in hope’s to buy a truck and their vehicle was not as advertised and had problems. I decided to go with a dealer and found this place. I meet up with them and explained how 2 people tried to rip me off and I dodged a couple bullets and I don’t have the money for getting ripped off on a 15k dollar vehicle because I am a single dad and I live alone! He assured me that he would never do anything of the nature. I test drove a truck at night and liked the truck I picked out. The next day when I was showing someone the truck I had just spent almost 14k on including the warranty package and smelled violent and immediately let him know. He tried to say it wasn’t the radiator and thought it might be water getting tossed up from the road but I told him it smelled of coolant, I brought the truck up to him and he did replace the radiator for free because this was within like 24-48 hours of purchasing the truck, while the truck was there I let him know the truck shakes going over 65 and the transmission is making a weird noise going from 2-3 rd gear and I think something is wrong with the transmission. He told me nothing was wrong with the transmission and that he knows the truck and everything was in peak performance. Now driving the truck going trim 2-3 the truck will hop and the check engine light will come on and flashes witch means pull over immediately because there is something eminently wrong and will cause more damage to other thing if continued driving! I called The guy I bought I bought it from and asked him about the warranty and how it works cause I’m having to bring it to a shop now and he told me he would rebuild my transmission for 2500 dollars were as the dealer will charge me 5k. I brought the truck up to a Chevy dealer and had them runs diag on the truck and I told him the situation with the dealer I bought the truck from and he showed me the history of the previous codes thrown on the truck and the problem with my transmission was one of them, he just said it was cleared off. My guess is so that it could be sold and there not be any codes on the truck at time of purchase because it clearly wasn’t fixed, just the code removed! This is very unfair practice for a dealer to take advantage of people especially when someone lets them know their situation as to being a single parent with a single house income and to still take advantage of a person says the type of person they really are. Telling me there is nothing wrong with the truck or transmission just to find out there was and the codes were removed without fixing the problem and offering to pix the problem for 2500 cash. That’s dirty business. Hope this helped with your decision in purchasing a vehicle from this lot I know I wish I never did!

These guys are great! I was able to find the Mustang I wanted and got a great deal on my trade in. They made the paperwork super understandable and helped with tagging process. They were clear on monthly payments and worked with various credit scores. Definitely worth checking out before trying a bigger dealership!!

They sent my title certified mail, and it wasn't mailed in time to make t before the day the tags expired, so expect to pay a $25 fee at the dmv. But when I called they reminded me they do have 30 days to send it. I had forgot. And they don't have to pay.
