  I am only giving two stars because the woman at the front desk was very helpful. I had to have my car towed here after it quit on me, I stopped by to fill out my paperwork. I am currently in the middle of moving and could not find my title; I understood that meant I might need to come back another time but wanted to go in to speak to them and see if there was anything I could do. As I said, the woman at the front desk was very helpful and informed me that they may only need the bill of sale. She called one of the other workers there (Chad) to ask him a question about it. Even though I was standing a bit away from her and she did not have the call on speaker, I could very clearly hear Chad yelling and cussing at her on the phone. The woman handled it very professionally and this is in no way her fault. But I was extremely disgusted with this man’s behavior as I had my two year old daughter with me as well. I greatly appreciate the woman’s help, but will not be recommending this business because of the unprofessionalism on the man’s part. If you are going to have your religious and political affiliations very clearly posted outside and inside your business, then you should probably be conscious of how you conduct yourself in front of customers.

  Despite their 2-star rating at the time I thought I’d still stop in. Yeah, it’s a waste. Instead of a “pick and pull” junkyard, Nuelle’s is a place containing only Dodge, Chevy, and Ford parts of varying condition. You have to know exactly what you’re looking for, and only then someone has to hold your hand and go with you to the yard.
