Salesman got short with me on the phone when I tried to ensure fitment and color of a door. He became very annoyed and started huffing with each question. Discontinued call when I got snickered at when ensuring paint color. I just wanted to make sure they didn't waste their time and pull the wrong door. Salesman also confused keyless entry with keypad. Prices and stock availability did not match website.
Perhaps he was just having a bad day, or maybe he just doesn't have time to ensure the proper parts are getting pulled. Either way, I won't give a company one more dollar that has a frontman that talks to another grown man like that.
I came looking for a part for my truck, fully prepared for disappointment. Instead, these wizards produced the exact part I needed in record time, as if conjuring it from thin air. Price? Ridiculously fair. Experience? Spiritual. Would I return? I would move in if they let me.

Jeff's customer service was excellent. I called at 1:30 on a Friday he told me it would be awhile before someone could go pull them for me and that he would call when I could pick them up. I was expecting maybe Monday or Tuesday not 3:00 the same day.
Just bought a pickup bumper from these guys (Jeff). Perfect takeoff bumper at a very reasonable price and let me upgrade to a newer style with steps for same price. That may not always be the case but they were in no way to obligated to do that for me. Very attentive, helpful and so easy to deal with. A class act! Give them a shot.
I bought a car seat to get the cable drive for the electric seat.
They would not confirm it was on the seat or let me look at it.

But parts here almost every week, talk to Mark every time and everything is always delivered on time and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for all your used parts needs
Very helpful and nice people. A lot of good parts available at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for this time, but the inventory is always changing. Parts are used, but in great shape, never know what they have until you call or stop by.
Bought a motor from here and had it put in somewhere else, which took about 2 weeks. Took my core in and they couldn’t get it to turn over so they didn’t want to give me my core charge. Put 2,000 miles on the new motor and then the truck died. I’ve had it sitting at the shop for 4 weeks (they are backed up) and my mechanic called and said the new motor has thrown a rod. I called premier to see if there was anything they could do because they have a 90 parts warranty and the staff was very rude. I explained that the truck broke while I was still in the 90 day warranty but it’s been sitting at the shop for a month. The guy pretty much said he wasn’t going to help me even though we’ve only put 2,000 miles on it and it broke within the 90 days. Definitely would not recommend this place especially working with the staff member Cody.
Great people. Our RV broke down on the way to dropping our daughter off at college. They loaned (wouldn't accept payment even) my husband the tool he needed to get our RV fixed and back on the road again.Thank you Premier Auto Rebuilders & Truck Salvage! You saved our trip.

Pretty decent quotes a price on the phone then after driving over 100 miles tried to charge 217.00 more than the original price other than that it's an ok place
I have asked Jeff Glenn parts advisor to order front wheel cover for 2017 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie. He sent to me front wheel cover for 2018 Ram Tradesmen. I have paid them $125 plus $35 shipping fees. My item received after 5 days from purchase date, but diffenittly it didn’t fit my car. I called Jeff in order to return it back as I didn’t asked him Front wheel cover for Ram 2018. He charged me the first $35 plus another $35 I paid it to FedEx to return back. He said it is same wheel cover for 2017 and 2018, so we are not responsible for the shipping fees, unfortunately it is not true, it is different wheel cove and it didn’t fit my car. Very bad customer service, don’t West your time and money, they know one or two things about customer service.
Im super happy with the quality and price of the parts i bought from Premier. They have a very clean office and all the staff were incredibly nice. Even the yard and shop staff were friendly, taking time to ask me if i needed anything. They loaded my parts and had me on my way quickly. I definitely recommend them for your used parts needs.
