Sold a 2002 Buick century to a 74 year old man with a messed up title. When I called asking if he the dealer got the title back he said it will come when it comes. And hung up. 2 days later the dealer repord the car staying it was not paid in full . I witnessed the full amount being paid to the dealer as did my other friend. I am doing a deposition and a polygraph for the police that will do well for 2 reasons. I it's the truth and 2 I retired my police commission in good standing. He will be prosecuted for a felony

Customer service has disappointed me more and more over the years but this man was surprisingly a pleasure and prompt in following through! Called to see if they had a hood for my son's car, gentleman that answered the phone told me that they had one, drove over there this morning and when I got there the hood he stated that they had was for the wrong car. But he called out to the yard and they discussed all the cars of that type that they had and they found a white hood that was perfect condition, literally only 2 chips in the paint no scratches. They helped load it into my suv and I paid the gentleman for the hood and we stood and talked about how grateful I was for them and how rude some of the other salvage yards were, also mention that MOTT'S was the one that told me to call him because they were pretty sure that he had a few of the fusion's. The price was extremely reasonable as I paid less than a third of the cost from another yard. I would gladly make the drive back for future parts if they have them.
Really helpful asked the employee to look through the yard because of a sight mistake and they were really nice about it doesn't take too long either. Great prices

My husband works in cars daily. He uses this salvage yard a lot and he loves the great man who owns it!! He is so kind and so helpful. He has never gone there and not gotten what he went after. He said this is the only place he can find parts for the older cars/trucks he works on and restores. The owner is a good, honest and kind, hardworking man. So nice to have a local, small town business, owned and ran by a great person. Thank you so much for everything you do!!
Ive got two motors from them an both motors have been ruff as ruff can come, oil in the intake, bolts broken, water sitting on the pistons, its like they pulled the motors out of vehicles that have been sitting in a pound for 2 years, this place is a joke i wouldn't get anything from here again
In less than an hour after I called about a hard to find part, when I arrived, they had it ready for me. Was told that if it wasn't the right size that I could bring it back for a refund.
They don't take credit cards which is kind of inconvenient. I called in and they didn't exactly know what parts they had. I showed up to the lot looking for a specific part. They drove me out to the cars that matched mine and I was able to get the part I needed. They were very helpful and very friendly.
