Needed a complete rear-end for tundra. Only place that had one when I got there it was cheap, plus unlike other salvage yards didn't cut anything off it was all unbolted
i drove over 2 hours to get to lebanon to get some front brake rotors for my cobalt. My cobalt is a 5 lug lt sport, and i have them the exact year make model trim and package on the car along with the lug dimensions. they said the rotors they got were off an ss, which has the same lug size as mine, so i figured they’d work because i know genuine ss rotors will fit. but once i got home they didn’t fit. I took off my entire brake assembly to find out they don’t work. Come to find out, whatever rotors they sold to me don’t even go on a cobalt, atleast not on the front, and i specified i needed front rotors. the lug size was different, it had a screw hole to hold the rotor in, which 5 lug cobalts have never had, and they said they’d refund them to me but at this point the money i spent getting them will go to gas just to get there.
Bought a motor from these folks in early Oct, they dropped it bringing from the yard to my truck telling me it was all good. Broke the exhaust manifold and the oil pan, but we had the ones off the old motor to replace. They cashed my check easy enough for over $1300. The motor lasted 2 weeks then locked up. I call they initially tell me sure no problem if they didn't have another they would find me one. I call back a few hours later to let them know we had checked the motor and it was an internal failure. They tell me they have to have the original copy of the invoice otherwise they won't do anything. I asked if they have the invoice in their system? Yes. Can you print another invoice? Yes. So you know for a fact when I got it, how I paid for it and that is all fact? Yes. So you want me to just walk away on $1300? Crickets. Their reply " I don't know why you are so upset?" REALLY?!?!
Customer service sucks they don’t care about your parts that they remove had 2 doors pulled by them took a look at them before they were pulled off the car all good by they time they got it off got all scratched and couple dents manager seems like he doesn’t care for anything wouldn’t recommend this place
Awesome customer service and good prices. I called 20 min before getting there to buy a fuel pump and he had it pulled and waiting for me to get there.
Ashley Rectos in sales is a super star! We needed a very labor intensive part off of a vehicle late in the day on a Friday. She was calm cool and collected. She told me no problem that it would be ready by the time we got there (I was an hour away). I got there. It was ready, and in less than five minutes I was on my way back with exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend for any salvage or parts needs
Went picked up a power steering pump for my 2000 Town and country excellent price customer service with excellent I give them 10 Stars it was well worth the drive from Springfield definitely will be calling them again for parts thank you so much
Drove over an hour and a half to their salvage yard after getting pictures of a very specific super duty bed. Bought the bed and was waiting for it to be removed after i told them to be careful with it. Fork lift operator comes in said he just dropped the truck the bed was on and ruined the whole one side. First time buyer and was going to buy a lot more parts from them but have lost my business. I was waiting on two phone calls back to buy another bed and doors. But after they dropped my bed i didn’t want to buy from them anymore. They lost $2200 today plus future business. I’ll never go back again. Was able to get my money back at least out of the bed they ruined.
Been doing Autobody for over 20yrs and have bought a lot of car and truck parts from them. Great people, talk to Ashley when you go in or call. She'll get ya fixed up.

Called this place to ask about a wheel they showed that I needed. I asked for verification because I was going to be driving 85 miles. They said they would call me back. 1 week goes past and still no return call. Guess they dont need my business.
They tell you one thing then take a week to find anything. Had called last friday for just a set of coik springs took nearly a week of pestering them then was told they found a set for me but they were wanting 125$ for used springs! I'm sorry but that's totally a RIP off . I think I was told that price so I'd quit calling.
Bought a door panel for more than I should have just to get it home to find it was missing parts and blown/torn speaker. This place is a rip-off!!!! Find your part online or elsewhere.....
Absolutely horrible place to go too. I called them about a part I needed and they assured me that it was available “no problem”, to come by and get it. I drove an hour and a half, just to show up to “sorry we can’t find it“. It was a joke and I’ll never come and do business with them again. If I could give ZERO stars I would
The guys there were very helpful they even let us walk around the yard seen if there is anything else we needed they even stayed after hours to help us and the prices were fair
I not only got a good deal, they loaded the parts for me, were very helpful during all my phone calls, and, when they realized they left a part out, UPS'd it to me for free. definitely will be my go to salvage yard
