I'm working here from out of town and I was having trouble with charging system on my truck. It was my alternator. The O'Reilly guys suggested a local mechanic to do install, Keller Auto. called Don for directions. Skeptical about shop but He was so helpful and went over and above to help me out. Super guy. Local parts, employees are always as helpful as they can be, sadly I drive a Honda and always have to wait a day or a couple hours for my parts
