I already have a working tailgate on my truck but it's scratched and dented so I'm hoping to replace it just for aesthetic reasons. I'm being a little unreasonable with what I want (black, in great shape), and I call every couple months to see if maybe something has come available. Each time the guys who have answered have been more than friendly, professional, and ready to help, and do a nationwide search to see what's out there for me. I wouldn't blame them if they were frustrated - Oh, it's THIS guy again - but never a hint of it.
This was the best experience ever! I called this morning, got a quote on my car and got a check within a couple of hours. Dennis, Christy and Brian, the tow truck driver, were great to work with!
They found an exact match for my truck. I had a damaged wheel, and they were the only ones in the KC area who had one. Thank you.
The only thing they should do different is let you know when you call in that paying with any type of card incurs an additional fee. Since they are basically in the middle of nowhere, I wasn't able to go get cash.

I was surprised by the negative reviews but you can't please everybody all the time and if it were my business I would respond the same way they have. I bought a motor from them years ago for a town and country minivan and had great service and a good price and excellent service, I just looked them back up to recommend them to a friend who was looking for a 5.4liter. I had a perfectly good experience with them and as I have done, would recommend them to a friend.
Cody, with County Line was amazing in assisting me work through a warranty issue with transmission in a truck I own. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive to my emails, returned my calls in a timely manner (same day) and provided clear direction on how to address the issue...extremely professionalism! This was my first time going to this place. I bought a part that my needed and I didn’t need it since it was the wrong one. They said I would have to pay a restock for the part. I don’t recommend this place.
Originally posted a negative review 3 weeks ago. I received a response form Dennis who I think is the owner of the salvage yard. He apologized for my treatment and offered his help if I still needed it. I did give them a second chance and was very pleased with the result. I got the exact part I needed in a pleasant and efficient manner. I will call them again the next time I need something.
Fake 90 Day Warranty. Their word is only as good as what you can force them to do(payment processor claim.) If you don't have that then they will completely ghost you. Small claims court is next. According to interstate business regs if the business sells to customers across the country the buyer can sue in the buyer's state. This is eventually going to cost them 20x the cost of the part minimum.
THE REPLY below sums it up, clueless. The owner has no idea what messages his employees reply to/ignore. You'll find out though.
Getting parts here is always a great experience! Ask for Kip and you wont be let down! Always great parts and any issues are handled right away. COUNTY LINE has the parts, Kip makes it an experience!
I ordered a used headlight, and new hood and fender after I hit a deer. The headlight is seriously damaged and at times does not work. The hood came with a dent in it, and they sent me the driver side fender even though they billed me for the correct passenger side. They took the fender back and said they would have the correct one within 3 days, almost a month later I have left numerous voicemails with nobody returning my calls. Find your parts elsewhere if you want them to work the first try.
I would have gave this place five stars. They had the part I wanted. It was as good as they said. But the staff was rude. At least in the front area. The people in the back were nice. The lady I originally approached was very unhospitable. Other than that it was a great experience
I would like to preface this review by saying that I have worked with numerous different parts vendors over the years. Kip T. is absolutely phenomenal. He is SUPER responsive for quotes and accommodating to my needs. I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of times he has pulled through for me and my customers in situations that were less than ideal.
The service received here is genuinely great. It is something you will experience no where else.
I’d 110% recommend them. The warranty is great, the service is great, and their prices are competitive.

This company is amazing. Cody is great, and I have never had a bad experience. I buy parts from them almost everyday for the last year. Every single person there is so nice and always willing to help. They go above and beyond.
Dennis is a reasonable man to do business with. He was able to honor my warranty for a cooling fan that messed up and also helped me with another part and recommendation for a shop for repairs. That shop was also efficient and reasonable. Got my problem taken care of quickly. Thank you Dennis.

I was able to find the part I needed by using their website. Then stopped by on my way home from work and picked it up. Very convenient, fast, and friendly service.
Bough a transmission from this place and told the salesman that I had the core ready, cody salesman failed to note on the computer instructions, drove 45 minutes to return core just to find out cody ain't here and he also fail to say that they need to torque converter. Wasted time and money and gas for nothing. Stay as far away from this place
Very friendly and knowledgeable. I requested a picture of the part I wanted to order and they texted me the pictures very quickly. I ordered the part and received it two days later. I couldn't ask for better service. Oh, did I mention their price and shipping was more than reasonable. Five stars all the way.

This place is amazing and Renee is so professional and knowledgeable. We went in to pick up a rim for my husband's Dodge Ram that we couldn't find anywhere else. While there, I asked her if she could get me an ABS hydraulic control unit for my 2012 Ford Fiesta
She found one for $152 so I jumped at it because the Ford dealership wanted $2616 to replace it. I then asked her if she knew anyone who might be able to install it as I was struggling to find anyone in Kansas City. They all said it was a dealer item. Not only did she recommend a shop, I got it done for $400. With the part we saved over $2000. My car drives like new. I will never go anywhere else for parts. Definitely worth the drive.
I was amazed by the amounts of parts and the quality. The best thing about county line was the customer service. Dennis was easy to work with. And Charles stayed extra to make sure I received my part. I will use them again if and when I need them.
They gave me the wrong part and even admitted so, (however in their defense I had the part for 15 months and hadn't installed it yet.) When i got around to having it installed, is when we noticed it was the wrong part. I don't expect my money back, but they didn't even offer to compensate me in any way. Certainly didn't exceed my expectations. $150 for a part that doesn't fit and I cant do anything with seems a little high. There staff was helpful the second time trying to help me find the right part, but at that point i had lost my trust in them. I felt the whole situation could have been handled better.
