The only thing they should do different is let you know when you call in that paying with any type of card incurs an additional fee. Since they are basically in the middle of nowhere, I wasn't able to go get cash.

He apologized for my treatment and offered his help if I still needed it. I did give them a second chance and was very pleased with the result. I got the exact part I needed in a pleasant and efficient manner. I will call them again the next time I need something.
I would have gave this place five stars. They had the part I wanted. It was as good as they said. But the staff was rude. At least in the front area. The people in the back were nice. The lady I originally approached was very unhospitable. Other than that it was a great experience
