Prices are so high compared to other companies. The day my cans were delivered I received an email with a picture of my newly delivered can with a box sticking out the top telling me I had an incorrectly filled can. The driver must have done it because I didn't even have a can to put anything in!

WM is horrible! They failed to pick up my trash twice. They said it was due to the weather, which wasn’t even bad. They didn’t pick up the next day, they waited until the following week to pick up. They also continue to raise their prices for no good reason.

So if a retired person or family goes on vacation for a month or more , don't expect WM to cancel your service while your gone, They still want your money for no service pick up 😡🤷

There have been times on holidays services were not received as promised. Trash and recycling not picked up till following week intead only a day or 2 delay as promised. But bill was still charged as normal.

There is one man that picks up my trash most of the time, that is FANTASTIC! He takes less than a minute to move my trash can back to the side of my driveway so it doesn't get knocked into the ditch. Other drivers don't do that, but he does...sadly I don't know his name to compliment him. This last pick up was HORRIBLE....trashman left my trashcan in the snowy ditch for me to have to climb down and drag out😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

No phone number to call. They get paid but miss my pickup for weeks at a time. Always a mess. This company should be investigated for fraudulent activities.

Collection service was great when we had it, but in order to cancel our service after moving out they made us pay a $70 fee for the bins despite the new residents using them. There's zero feasible way to get in contact with a human for a 30 second conversation to rectify the situation. WM's website has a FAQ section with an option for getting help with service issues, but when you click "get help" it loads indefinitely with no response from the site. All IVR options lead to nowhere if you call the 1-800 number as it always errors out, and if you call the number listed for Kimmswick it tells you to go to the site. Zero customer service and extremely frustrating. Will be going with the competition where available moving forward in our next home.

The website made it super easy to get services setup. They delivered my containers in a timely manner and have been consistent with pickups. The price is very reasonable and I have enjoyed working with them so far.

My container is always been picked up on time. They’ve never been late. They always leave the area as the same as when they arrive so I am very pleased with waste management.

Great truck service, but holiday scheduling is so bad it's comical (they say service is delayed, then show up on regular day, or don't come at all). My issue got resolved, but took several phone calls, long wait times on hold, getting cut off, etc)

They go above and beyond for you and I appreciate and admire them for their level of professionalism and support for their customers, the Drivers are very careful to ensure they have done their jobs in the highest level possible and they are there when most companies are not, I can't say enough good things about the company and Drivers except Thank you most people think nothing about what you do but you keep the World around us clean and clear and I really Appreciate you for it.

Trash was not picked up on our normal service day sue to weather (completely understandable), however they are not going to pick it up for another full week!!! Which means TWO full weeks between trash pick ups! Instead of picking it up the next available day! Unacceptable, given that we pay for a weekly trash pick up service! When I did an online chat with WM and mentioned this, customer service was incredibly rude and when I mentioned a credit to my account for the week of non-service I was told "too damn bad"! Super unhappy with service lately, and not just because of this issue! Will be speaking with our HOA about switching providers!

Trash service never returns trashcan to the spot they got it from so I have to move it away from our driveway approach. On several occasions, I have found our trash can upside down on the lid or side several feet from the road. Now they won't go down our road since there is ice even though we all drive down it just fine in 2wd cars.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Terrible service. Trash wasn't picked up for 3 weeks straight, then had to call and complain to get them to pick it up. guess what happened the week after... it was not picked up again. Lazy drivers that don't want to do their job. I have everything on video and i will be contacting the state or appropriate representatives and take legal action. Stay far away if you live in the surrounding areas.

Completely satisfied with WM's service. My previous provider was unreliable and unprofessional. When I canceled my service, they kept my money and did not refund me for services not provided. That's actually theft, y'all. They will likely go out of business. DO NOT USE the refuge pickup up service provider with the intial "C" in their business name followed by an "and".

Waste Management is the worst. Constant issues. The most recent is they actually sent someone to our address with a truck and trailer to “collect” and take our can because they believed we didn’t pay our bill. After my wife contacted them and got them to confirm we were current in our bill and it was their mistake, we were told our can would be returned in 2 business days. Now we’re are past those two days and are now being told at the next scheduled pickup we will get out can back because they do t have anyone in our area. Funny how they can come out to erroneously take possession of your can but won’t doze THEIR mistake in a timely manner. Maybe I should drive my trash for the week to one of their locations and dump over their fence….? Mistakes like this should NOT happen. No excuse for this! DO BETTER AND DO YOUR JOB!

Problem, you charged my cc on 4/24 - you have NOT dropped off a trash can and now you are saying missed pick up because trash can was not out, again you have not delivered trash can. Third request - where is my trash can? How do you plan on giving me a credit for missed pick up due to your error. You have an email and phone # what is the deal? Need a response on Monday 5/6 on how you plan on getting this resolved. Thank you.

We have been customers of WM since they bought out Bob's Disposal as have numerous neighbors. We all got the senior discount, had identical service and the same amount of time. One of them recently was complaining that their bill was dramatically increased, I was on autopay so didn't really look at my bill but when I did I realized mine had gone up from $65.00/3 month to $145.00/3 month in less than 5 years and service reduced from twice weekly to once. ( Some of my neighbors are still at $65.00) When I called to question the rational I was told the best they could do was reduce my rate to $120.00/3 month, still double neighborhood rates. Your customer support people also refused to give me a partial refund (I was paid from Nov 2023 thru Jan 2024) so I contacted some of your competitors and will be switching companies starting in Feb 2024. So, NO I would not recommend your company.

Worst company! Trash men are great but the company will charge for everything! Fee for everything! Then their own website doesn't work until you do the same thing 10 times to make it difficult for you to even pay a bill or change any information. Scammers! Please find a different company even if it cost more. In the long run you will be ahead!

Prices go up several times a year, they lock you into a contract and raise the prices with no way out. They want $500 to exit contract, $400 to pick up dumpster, and 6 months worth of payments. The monthly service fees are astronomical. They do the job just at a very high price. Right now I'm paying 3 times more then what I paid when I contracted them. They said I can have a lower price if I sign a new 4 year contract. 9 more months and im moving on to another company with no fees and half the price for a larger dumpster.

Waste management is great. They come on the day scheduled every time. If there is a holiday, I receive a message on when they will come out. Has always been a day later when a holiday occurs. I receive a message on when my bill is due and online pay is very easy to use.

WM does a great job always on time if date of pickup is changed we are informed in a timely manner. They never leave a mess or move our cans to a ridiculous spot. I haven't gotten to meet anyone in person because I'm working at that time but I can tell they are doing a good job. I pay auto pay and have never had a problem the price is right for the service. I do wish for one thing that they would offer recycling pick up. I was told they don't in this neighborhood because not enough people are interested GET INTERESTED IN RECYCLING PICK UP PLEASE I will gladly pay extra for recycling pick up 😁

They are a joke. We canceled our services through them . We paid every 3 months.We canceled before another payment was due. We should not have to pay anything else. They sent us a bill for $12. They are charging us for canceling with them. When it would snow we wouldn’t have our trash picked up for a few weeks. Then tell us we can put extra bags out with the cans. I can’t do that because animals will tear up the bags. I doubt the trash company would pick it up.

Actually I filled out a quite detailed review for your company and at the end it asked if I also wanted to post to Google I said ok and only the star showed up on Google. The biggest problem I have with your company is how often you cancel my pickup. I understand that stuff happens. People get sick, weather gets bad, people quit working for companies that don't take care of their employees. The problem comes where you never adjust the bill. You don't care that I pay for a service that I don't get, I need to haul things off to dispose of them, I sort paper out to burn so that I don't have a pile of refuse . If customers quit paying you would surely quit providing services, why would you not adjust bills when you fail to provide services? I have sent email, never got a response...

The billing department and the scheduling has been a nightmare ever since we switched over to Waste Management and that has been 2 years now. I have had to call several times to see where the truck is, why we didn't get picked up and where is my bill. No problems with the drivers they are great and leave the area clean.

I have had this service for a while now and have had several missed pick ups so we would just wait for the next week because requesting a missed pick up didn't work out in the past. This company is the most expensive in the area and we chose it thinking it would be better but were wrong. We had a missed pick up followed by another and we're told it would be 60 to come pick up our trash which has been gone through by animals and is disgusting from sitting so long. I called and canceled and was told that they would be out today for the can and it is still here. I expected better but received gutter service at champagne cost. Don't choose this company unless you like the look and the smell of trash when you walk out your front door. I would give negative stars if I could.
