The Archway office clearly communicated their time schedule and passed on our pick up instructions to their wrecker driver, John. He was professional, friendly, and loaded the car with ease. I highly recommend Archway.
Randy went above and beyond to help me locate a part that he didn't have. He spent 20 minutes getting me additional options for a computer for my truck. This will be my first call for any used parts I need from now on!

These guys put a transmission and disc brakes in my el camino and did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond replacing old brake lines and getting everything dialed in. Very knowledgeable about classic cars.
Awesome, I was short a quarter for the soda machine and a guy spotted me a dollar. I left my 75 cents and returning to drop a quarter. These guys are always smiling and that's a good thing.

These guys are great. I came looking for some obscure parts for a truck that hasn't been made in 20 years from a manufacturer who no longer is in North America (Isuzu) They didn't have what I needed but the guy spent 20 min tracking it down and ended up finding it at a competitors location. That speaks world's that a guy is willing to help the customer any way he can even if he doesn't get the sale. Because of that I will always check with these guys first for any future purchases.
Randy and his guys rebuilt my Dana 70 rear axle. I am extremely happy with their work, communication, turn around time, attention to detail, and price. I had been searching for a reputable shop do the specialized work of setting up the ring and pinon and was recommend by a general mechanic shop to call "Rear end Randy" at Archway. Randy is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer technical questions even when it wasn't known if he would be doing the work.
I have been going on and off for a couple years, just simple things. But lately I have needed big things, tried going there, but I am completely turned off now. The quality of their parts is decent at best. Their warranties suck. Whenever you walk in there it smells like BO and nasty mold. The place is not taken care of or cleaned in the least bit. They don't even try to look professional, the guys that stay at the front desk I mean. They smoke in front of you, chew, and spit. And they have never heard of razors. The service all around sucks. They think they are right about all, even if you come in asking about getting a certain part for this. They argue with you about the said item too. They are rude when you DO know what you are talking about. The prices are a bit high. And if you find out you don't need something, they charge you a 20% "restock" fee. Which my part was $40, took it back cause I didn't need it, they gave me $27 back and didn't use a calculator or anything to calculate their outrageous "20%". I wouldn't suggest going here! They're rude, nasty, and charge $600-$700 for a transmission or engine with more than 150k miles!! And most the time, they don't even know the mileage. Bad service, bad quality, and all around bad place. I will take all my business to Fenton Auto Salvage and B&B from now on. This is coming from a Mobile Mechanic's business, so I'm always in and out of junkyards.
