If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the biggest rip-off I've ever used. We had over 230 pounds of copper. Half of it being 3/0. I had sent someone down to scrap who was unaware of what the base price of copper is. Walked out with 1/3rd of what the base price should be. Hard to imagine people like this are still in business.

Horrible. Had 540 pound of excruded aluminum (old soccer net frame. After unloading it all myself, lady came back with the ticket. .25 cents a pound. Won't give pricing over the phone, no help to get items off truck just point and say it goes there. Never again! Big rip-off. They deleted my 1st review, BEWARE!!!

I frequently go to this place. Needs a little more signage for those that are new to going, but changes are coming to improve that.

Decent prices on steel and copper. Not so much with brass or aluminum. Staff is friendly and they pay cash but they can be slow at times.

I cleaned out my work garage and had a lot of old metals, air conditioner, dehumidifiers and radial arm saw. Just a bunch of stuff. This older guy with a skid steer came up and helped us get it all out. Great place to work with.

Hung up on me mid sentence after he said they dont buy laptop scrap. I had other scrap to inquire about at that time. It is disrespectful compared to the other 20 other scrap places in this area who were cordial even when refusing electronic scrap. They do not give a general pricing over the phone and need to see everything in person.

One of the most reliable places for metal recycling. They are courteous and professional, and their prices are really good. A highly recommended place.

Don't waste your time with these guys. Gave me $21 for 48 lbs of copper. Should of went to scrap mart off of 44 .They gave me $400 for 125 lbs. Thanks to 21 junk and recycling for making me lose out on over $150!!! Never going back here or recommending them to anyone.

BEWARE OF THIS SCRAP YARD (They will RIP you off) We have taken our scrap here a few times and 3 out of 4 times they pulled some shady stuff. We must not look like regular scrappers because they always treated us like we were new to scrap metal, so we let them think that to see how they would pay us. Here was the yesterdays encounter.. We been scrapping everyday for 3 years and we know what metals are what. We had around 75 lbs aluminium siding, 3 med size (all aluminum clean) radiators , a small bag of cans and a little bit of thick bare aluminium wire and a aluminum car hood, and more. We had it separated nicely. They through it all together with one weight and gave us 36 dollars. When we asked for a reciept the lady said "we will pay 36 and we are done for the day . She walked away rudely. Current price average reported by IScrap App are as follows . Aluminum siding= 0.58 cents a lbs Aluminum cans= 0.54 cents a lbs Aluminum radiators = 0.51 cents a lbs Aluminum breakage=0.45 cents a lbs We will never go back, and thing is they wont care because there always will be someone new to get. Good luck all.

They do not give a good going rate! They payed 30¢ a lb for cans when it should have been 55¢. This was for my kids not me. They definitely screw the customer!

Always a pleasure dropping off scrap for these guys. Friendly staff and easy to do business with.

This place was very very helpful the men there are very nice they helped us every step of the way with different types of metal we had and are very polite

When you pull up on a rainy Saturday they treat you as if you're bothering them. One look at my trailer and they assume I have less than 300 pounds of steel. (Minimum). I won't be going back.

Workers are very friendly and helpful. The price paid on insulated wire was misleading, I was told it was $1.20 a pound on the phone but when I arrived I was told that it was low grade and only 10 cents a pound. This was a little disappointing but since I was there I went ahead and recycled the insulated wire I had.

Everybody there was very nice but you can't see the scale. It would be better to be able to see scale. But I had no problems there

If I could give them zero stars I would please no one go here. I tried to tack some #1 insliated copper wire in and they tried to give me 10 cents a lb and I know I can go anywhere and get $1.40 lb the dude tried to rip me off thinking i didn't know the price of copper.

If someone calls and wants to inquire how much you're paying, you need to be able to give that publicly. If you act irritated by people calling then you shouldn't be in business.

Stay away. Stay away. Treated very unfairly. Nothing like getting smiled at while they rob you blind. They got me twice where they just pay you what they feel like instead of what it weighs out to. I’ll never go back.

I had some cardboard boxes that I took there to recycle because according to their website they took it. However, when I pulled into the place I was met by an older woman who told me that they did not take cardboard, and that I was a liar when I said that it was on their website.

Very local to me and fair steel scrap prices. Alum and copper and brass prices lower because they only deal in bulk, no real sorting. Very friendly and fast service.

I drove through the gate, a voice guided me through the whole process. I got paid after showing an ID. Couldn't have been any more simple.

Been here 5 times each time more frustrated than the the last. Not only can you not see the scale weight when weighing your steel/Iron there payout is ALWAYS significantly less than tge current market. Done with this place after I called today to enquire on there current price if copper from elec. Motors and was told $1.45 which was $1.05 less than current market value. Bad business to steal from customers giving you there business. Or outright thievery if you ask my opinion.

I get very well price for the all scrap in my back yard. I gad many metal profiles, pipes and rusty metal sheets. 21 Recycling toke everything and now I have clear yard and money to decorate the yard and to buy a new barbecue! Easy earned dollars! Thanks a lot!

I had some scrap steel, aluminum, and copper bearing motors both high/low grades so i took it to 21 recycling. When you get there they have you pull on a scale but they are the only one that can see the display, so your left hoping they're honest about your weight. They're not, I know this because when it came time to weigh the copper motors. The employee asked if he should weigh the motors separate and was told no. I made them aware the motors are high and low grade that needed to be weighed as such and I was told I misunderstood him that they were talking about the scrap left on the scale from a customer before me, fair enough I said with an apology for the misunderstanding. Everything was weighed out and I was soon to be on my way, or so I thought. After a 20 minute wait I was finally paid and left not thinking to check my receipt until after I was home. When I looked later I saw it, not only did they not weigh the motors separate they paid me a full 2 cent less than other scrap yards are paying. I know doesn't seem like much but when something is .10 a pound and your getting .08 a pound that's 20% less for you. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else with your scrap.
