WoW! I called for a part and they were quick and friendly. I ordered the part and an hour later had to cancel my order. They offered me a refund right away, even though they had already packaged my item for shipping. Great customer service! I will definitely be using their services in the future.
Not alot of variety. Prices are ok. But even if called and agreed to pick up at certain time... they not only don't have ready.. they haven't even removed needed parts from their salvages... not even loosen the bolts.. so, I was their for over an hour WAITING when it shuda been READY when i arrived. I only spoke with the guy for 3days.. and called and said I was headed that way.. they had known I was COMING for sure at certain time for ATLEAST 12-18hours.
Called just a few minutes ago looking for a part to a car guy wanted my name. Why u need name when ur looking for a car part an price of it. Guy was rude an not friendly why I always deal with pick N pull
I purchased an item on Ebay and I made a mistake on the shipping address. I called and Breanne gave me service that was above and beyond anything I expected and deserved. I will do business with Reaves in the future and will suggest all my Friends and family to do the same.
Really nice guys but very over-priced on the cars they flip. wouldn't recommend buying a car from them unless you just don't really care about money. They make good conversation though
