I rarely leave reviews bc I’m usually getting the bad end of the stick but this business is 10/10 with shipping and on site parts. Ben was good with service and helping me get the parts I needed for my SRT Widebody and also price was excellent. I appreciate you for the service and hopefully I don’t need you again for the reason I came but I’d definitely recommend you some good business.

Horrible experience! I returned a defective $2,200 rear differential; but they never refunded my money. Then they blocked my phone number and are ignoring me. TO YOUR REPLY: you are a liar. I bought one differential and returned TWO when you accused me of returning the wrong one. I have the entire text chain and you promised me every day you would stand by your part though the shop was causing delays. You ended up with YOUR PART AND MINE + $2300. When yours was junk I was forced to by a THIRD. You did call it quits at 30 days. You waited until I sent you my original too. THEN you blocked me. It was a $5k repair with no core because you chose to take advantage of someone who trusted you
We were told $400 for a transmission flush. We called another mechanic and he laughed because they are WAY cheaper than that. This was after telling us they couldn’t be sure that’s what the car needed. Before this after taking it on for an issue with our exhaust manifold we were given a car back with engine lights on not just once but twice. The transmission issues were there when we got it back after the 10 days it took to right what they messed up with the exhaust manifold. The front desk staff is very kind and apologetic but I’m not convinced their mechanics have a clue what they are doing. Our car is worse off than when we dropped it off for a simple repair and we can never recommend them. Plus now we have to pay someone to fix what they couldn’t. Very disappointed

Delt with Ben at Salvage Street buying a used supercharger, it was priced well and in good shape. Financial great are arrangement. Beyond that Ben communicated back and forth with me over several weeks on whether or not I'd be picking it up or they were shipping it to me, answering tons of questions before I committed to it, and sending tons of photos, even working with me on parts that could not or weren't retrieved from the original car. As the owner of another repair business I have a deep hatred towards salvage yards (usually pricing and the attitude), and yet had the best experience with Ben and salvage street
I can’t say enough about how great they have treated me the past two years. I had an engine problem that needed immediate attention and they fixed it that day, with about a 2-hour turnaround. They’ve gone above and beyond each time I’ve needed them. Big shoutout to them and especially April!
