I talked to Carl Schaffer on the phone from Austin, Texas, explained my situation, what I was looking for etc. He was very professional from the minute he answered the phone ! Great sense of humor, had the car I’ve been looking for, made arrangements for me to be picked up at the airport ( Britney woke up at 5am and sat in heavy traffic for 2 hours to come get me), thank you again Britney ! We arrived at the dealership an hour before the opened, Carl was there waiting for me, we got the car, took it for a test drive and ate breakfast, since we had time before they opened at 9:00. How can you beat that ?! Carl was knowledgable about everything, was NOT aggressive or pushy whatsoever. Their entire staff was very friendly, especially the young lady that sits next to Carl in the offices, the finance Gentleman was great, and Sam who detailed my car before I left ! I would highly recommend this establishment for your next car ! I drove my Corvette 14 hours back to Austin without any problems 👍 Again, I can’t say enough nice things about Carl, he was simply Top Notch ! Go see Carl ! Anthony Cillo was amazing! I had given him an idea on the vehicle i wanted. He had It pulled up and ready for me to test drive. He worked very hard trying to get me to where i needed to be with my payments and everything else. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to auto centers Nissan but especially to Anthony! He will work with you on what you want and not just look at you as a “sale”.
