Ryan ,Dakota ,and the lady that works in the parts department are all extremely helpful. ,we have had work done here several times and every time we have been very satisfied, they get it in , fix the problem ,and get it out very quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing any mechanical work done, or someone looking to buy a vehicle. We have helped our son purchase a vehicle here and in the past ,another friend of ours has purchased a vehicle here also, that we recommended ,and we also have bought one from the dealership as well. Edit: I’m changing my review as I have come to find out the vehicle I was sold, is crap. The vehicle had 3 tires that were dry rotted. My battery has had to be replace due to my car literally shutting off on the highway twice, overfill on oil change when I took it to do the free oil change.

I live in Des Moines and found my dream Jeep at this small town dealership about 350 miles away in Sarcoxie , MO! From the first phone call with Joe Munoz(who was wonderful!) to the last call with Jeff Mozingo (who was SO helpful!) it couldn’t have been a better experience! Everyone worked together to make me feel confident in buying from a distance. How great is it to just KNOW you’re buying from the right people?!?! I felt like we had known each for years! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again! However, it might be a while…I’m pretty in love with my new Rubicon!!

Drove down from KC just to get my truck repaired at this dealership. The dealership in KC was had no answers and wanted to try an $800 repair just to find out what was going. The team at Sarcoxie Ford took the time and effort to understand what the real issue was and was able to repair it. Won't be taking my truck anywhere else for future issues.
The associates were very kind. They walked me through every step and made sure I understood. They were friendly and prompt with the sale. I do not enjoy shopping so I was very happy with how quickly I was able to get in and out. I am very happy with my purchase and the process. Joe Munoz did us great!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a used Mustang from this dealership thinking I was getting a solid car. Within a week, I started hearing knocking noises from the engine. Took it to a trusted mechanic at a different ford dealership and guess what? Rod knock. A major, expensive issue that doesn’t just pop up overnight meaning they either didn’t inspect the car at all or they sold it knowing full well it had serious engine problems. No accountability, no real help, just a lot of “well, it was sold as-is” nonsense. I understand buying used comes with risks, but selling a ticking time bomb and pretending it’s someone else’s problem is shady business that no one should have to deal with.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy surprise engine rebuilds and terrible customer service. Lesson learned. Sad this dealership is letting cars go just to get a quick buck.
Our truck broke down during our road trip and they went above and beyond by diagnosing and repairing it in a time frame that fit our travel schedule. I can’t say enough nice things and how much we appreciate Ryan and his service team. Communication was great, pricing was as expected, timeliness was perfect. They accommodated helping us get a rental car. Overall an outstanding experience.

Hidden gem in a small town! Bought my very first Ford here coming from Honda and Toyota all my life. Had a great buying experience from start to finish. David in sales lead me in every step. He even made arrangements to have me pick up at my house. Anthony driving his personal truck to pick me up and drop me off at the dealership. Now that’s service ! Very honest and no pressure into buying from them. Next I want to thank Jeff in finance! I felt welcomed and no pressure into buying anything extras . Jeff did a thorough explanation of the paperwork that needed to be done.

Recently I was traveling across the country and started experiencing the engine light coming on. While in Springfield I could not get any dealer there to even take a quick look at my problem.
I kept expanding my search and calling Ford dealers and when I talked with the Service Manager at Jay Hatfield he told me to bring it on in and they would take a look. When I arrived the Service Manager himself hooked up his little gadget and read the engine error code and was able to provide valuable insight to my issue.
It was so nice to have someone take a moment to help me out while far from home and worried about continuing my travels. These guys Rock and Roll like no other Ford dealer I have every experienced. If I lived closer I would have all my service work performed by them forever!

I was sold a 2014 Explorer and it seems too be a nice vehicle at a decent price. And got .e financed when no one else would or could, threw an exceptional Credit Union! But these guys did more than sale me a great car for a good price and make my payments super affordable! They actually taught me a lot about honesty. This was my first time buying a truck myself, and it was an incredible experience. I'm based out in Las Vegas so I was weary of shopping for a car online for my first time but I was VERY happy with all of it.
Mike Hughes, the sales director reached out to me after I expressed interest in a couple trims of F-150's to make sure I was getting the best deal available on my truck. He had sent me personalized videos for every detail of trucks I was looking at and was honest with the condition of all the used vehicles with me.
I had visited 3 local dealers here in Las Vegas as well as made calls all around shopping for the perfect fit and he made sure I got the best deal packaged with a very comprehensive warranty. If only I would have started here first I could have saved a lot of time and headache.
This dealership offered me a more than fair price for my trade-in, and they made the exchange very smooth and stress free.
