$519 to diagnose & change a $60 sensor that threads right into the top of a Cummins X15 engine. $377 in labor alone. I was trying to avoid going to MHC, seems like it was the same shaft job.
Just had some minor work done here. 2 hours to change a clutch brake and def sensor. Was more than happy with the service. Will be back in the future. Keep up the good work guys.
Worse place I’ve ever seen in my life their nothing but getting in your pocket I’m from about 5 hours away and needed a wheel bearing replaced in my trailer outer wheel bearing so he ask me what I needed them to do he even wrote it down take nut off pack it put a new wheel bearing back in put the wheel back on 3 hours later they just sent a guy to get the bearing while I’m still on their $155 an hour clock he said we had to do this and that and I said no didn’t put a bearing a wheel in pack it put the nut back on that’s what I ask you to do I would drag my trailer down the interstate or scrap it before I’d ever go back to this place oh and I was paying more so I’m sitting in hobby lobby parking lot putting the bearing in myself and please Fleetpride don’t message back saying your sorry about my experience with your company I’ve seen to many bad reviews terrible business and I guess not much better people this is how I left 3 hours later because I wasn’t paying their rate for an hour job good inner bearing they were suppose to take the nut off put a new outer bearing pack it put the nut back on put the grease cap on and put the wheel back on. I could of done it myself wouldn’t of cost a bunch of money for nothing I wouldn’t let ‘‘em work on a bicycle it aggravates me that they try and take advantage of people
Had clutch installed on my truck and ran into problems. Mike in service took care of everything and covered wrecker expense. Sounds like bad experience but was truck specific issue and not their fault.
They changed my radiator in my international, didn't not refill steering flood, day 2 boost leak, day 5 lost 4 gallons of coolant. I had used my a/c a few weeks before but it did not work after the radiator swap they said bring it, they couldn't find the problem but said it couldn't have been anything to to do with what they did and charged me $1057 and it still doesn't work. If you want it done right go somewhere else.
Honestly one star is too high of a rating. I work for a dealership that spends quite a bit of money with them and drove an hour and a half to have my car serviced there just to have them double the rental car price and then inform me that they would not be renting me a car because I’m 19 even though I had already been told they would rent to me. I’m very disappointed in their customer service. And I will not be back.
Went here to get a drifeshaft built. Even though I didn't end of using this place to get one built, the mwn I talked to were still kind and answered any questions I had
Well some of mechanics was nice but the person who runs that side isn't nice... He seems to bring his personal issues to work when he is suppose to stay professional and treats his employees kinda bad like they are stupid. I feel sorry for the employees and just pray for them all it'll get better for them!
Great set of guys. They go overboard to help. I've been in Texas and they reached out to that branch to get the right part I needed. Prices are under dealer with the same quality of the dealers. Joplin shop fast and awesome.
One of the most upfront and honest truck shops I've been too. They also had a trailer tail light I've had problems finding and for the same price listed online minus shipping costs. I will definitely be back.
One year ago, our motor coach broke a spring in Joplin, Mo. These guys took such good care of us; they had a spring fabricated, installed and on our way in 5 days. Can't say enough about how wonderful they were!
