  After 2 1/2 hours of fighting and waiting for tools to change a simple tire on my camper bc of course a lug wrench not gonna fit so bought tools of course only got 3 out 5 lug nut off threw the towel in I’m done pay the money so called them the ol boy there quick of course his lug wrench didn’t work either so he said I’ll be back with a socket and impact he got back got the job done put spare on an I was on my way asked him what I owed him he basically said happy Father’s Day it was about 3:30 today and it was the first time anyone had said that too me today that was cool I thought thank you and will recommend this towing company

  I returned a truck with transmission issues after it was rebuilt. Said he would look at it. After 3 weeks of calling to see if it was fixed I went and got it. Do not do business here. He states he will look at it the next day and it never happens. Drags it out and never calls back.

  Had my truck towed across town 1/6/20. State Farm used an out of town company, which is odd, but American Pride Towing promptly arrived and got it done. I was able to carry on with my day as if it never happened.

  Fast and friendly! Larry and Tommy had me confirmed for a tow in 1 minute after my call to my insurance. Received a call to check on me, gave me the approx time...which they cut in half! Had my truck towed back home in under and hour. Glad they were the ones my insurance company used to help me today.

  I ran out of gas and waited for rosenborough towong for over an hour an a half and then i was assigned to larry at american pride towing and he was OVERLY AND TOTALLY NICE AND PROFESSIOA AND VERY QUICK TO GET. Had a flat tire & I tried taking it off myself, but the tire was too heavy, called them up and answered right away, very respectful and takes his job seriously, I appreciate the help.   Had my vehicle for 4 months, didn't fix it, went over planned budget even though we had a written agreement that he would call first, he wouldn't communicate at all, only a few short texts answering my questions. Once he gets the vehicle he stops answering your phone calls, keeps it for way too long, then when you force him to give it back it's in worse shape!

• Day by day Life rebuilding

  This by far is the worst shop around. Had my vehicle for 3 1/2 weeks and it is still not fixed. To top it off I know have scrapes down the side of my vehicle!! I’d give 1/4 Star if it would let me! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

  Called them for a roadside service, when the guy got there it took him about 15 minutes to start the compressor, and when he finally had it running he tried to loosen the wheel nuts but wasn't able to loosen one so I just told him to leave, there tools might work to work on a bicycle.

  They rebuilt my transmission it only went 4000 miles before it quit. My transmission has been there for over 5 weeks and I can't get the owner to even respond to my phone calls or texts.
