Travis was very helpful when we locked our keys in the car. We called several places and he was the only one that came out of his way to unlock our car. Very reasonably priced!
Needed my car towed and Travis was quick to get to my location. Quickly was able to load up and get it back to my house. The only person I would use in the area!!

Misleading at the accident site to serve their own pocket book. Didn’t ask for the key he needed before charging more for having to winch the car. Then proceeded to make it very difficult to retrieve the car seemingly so they could charge more for storage. Then wrote out a receipt for less than what was being charged even though they were paid considerably more. Unprofessional and crooked. Period.

Fantastic experience with them they picked up a vehicle out of a very narrow garage then delivered it to another with a crazy angle and still got it in. Very helpful and very nice. Will definitely use again
Yes 5 STARS… if I ever need a tow truck I will definitely call Cottrill’s because with their help I didn’t even need a tow truck this time. Travis went above and beyond the call of duty here saving me time and money, for that I will forever recommend Cottrill’s.
Super helpful! We called and he was there in less than 15 mins. We couldn’t get it out of park. He looked at it, got it running and charged us a service charge instead of a towing fee. We will definitely call again if we another tow.
All the gentlemen at this establishment were phenomenal! My dad, grandpa, and I were offered so much help from them in every aspect of my crash. I will recommend his towing service to everyone! So thankful and blessed!
Best towing in Joplin, used them twice and had a great experience both times! If I am ever need of services again, I will be returningm (but hopefully not too soon!) Travis is really kind, and answered all my questions, 100% recommend!!!
We were scheduled to bring my son's car into the shop this morning. It was previously able to be jumped, and our plan was to jump it and bring it to the mechanic. However, it would die immediately after being jumped, so we found Cottrill's on Google. They were very responsive, incredibly professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to my family, and plan to use them if ever I need to again!
Great group of guys.... Honest friendly .... thanks so much for keeping my baby inside and safe, these guys are truly a blessing! After my motorcycle wreck, they're one of the few people in town that actually helped me! .... They said red wouldn't start for me... The look on these guys is face when she fired right up was epic
