I informed the tow truck driver of the issue my car was having once he arrived to my home: that there was a terrible grinding sound and burnt rubber smell coming from my front right tire with any movement. I had only moved it 10 feet before I stopped and knew driving it was damaging the car itself. The driver took my keys and backed my car out of its space, then in drive and drove it onto the truck despite the terrible sound and rubbing vibration from the front end of the car. When he put it in drive to move forward a large piece of metal broke off and shot out from under the car. His coworker looked shocked and shook his head while the man continued to drive my car like that. The mechanic stated my brand new tire was punctured and flat by the time it made it to the shop, because driving it made the coil on my broken strut break off and destroyed my new, expensive tire. He stated had my car been placed on the truck using the tow line it most likely wouldn’t have happened. Will not use this company again.
Cardinal towing told me they didn't have a rollback and couldn't do it. Schrader towing said they would but never showed up. Next day a coworker suggested Chucks towing so I called them and they showed up about 20 mins later and were cheaper than I expected. Will be using them from now on

Johnny was a Rockstar! Saved the night for me. Was beyond polite, took great care of my jeep and had me towed to my destination in no time at all. You never see towing companies with high reviews. This one does though and see why. Would definitely use again!
Worst service ever. I had rolled my pickup over on its side exiting 49 to V hwy Jan 14 due to bad weather. I avoided hitting another small car by going into the ditch. My pickup was on its side passenger side was fine that's how I got out. John Banks refused to do what I asked and put the pickup back on its wheels. He instead pulled my pickup over on its cab and drug it up on the roll off and hauled it to my location that way. Had I not still been in shock from accident I would have told him to go away. So that being said the hood is smashed the cab is smashed no doors work. When he got to my location that is where he rolled it back on its wheels. I will tell everyone how he did not do what I asked and put my pickup on it wheels before loading. Accident was Jan 14 2024. I emailed him afterwards he did not even respond to me. I have a lot of pictures and video if anyone wants to see them.
2 am breakdown. They were here in a reasonable time frame (30) min and brought us to a reputable shop. Very professional and polite. Price was reasonable for all he did.
We were hauling our camper and ATV trailer behind our camper on our way to the Ozarks and we broke down. This company was referred to us so we contacted him (John) and within 30 minutes he came and retrieved us. They towed our truck and camper and brought a pick up truck to haul our ATV trailer. He went above and beyond. He even offered to come back and pick us up at the Ford dealership if our truck wasn’t fixed in time and take our camper to a nearby campground. I highly recommend this company and John, the owner. 6 stars!

I can not thank him enough for coming out and getting my car in these cold temps! My car wouldn’t start after work with the cold temperatures and I wouldn’t leave it parked at work. This car serves a deep meaning to me as it belonged to my husband that passed in 2019 and leaving it somewhere is a big heart strain. He was prompt on getting to me and bringing it home plus placing it back in my garage. I literally can’t thank you enough ❤️

AWESOME customer service. It’s always an unfortunate event when your car gets towed but Chucks towing made it painless and stress free. Tony rescued me off of i44 after I was in a wreck. Super friendly and accommodating. Jeff Is awesome as well. He helped me get my belongings out of my car and gave me a ride to Tulsa so I could catch a flight home.
