Great company, office lady is super nice over the phone. Allan came and towed my semi from north of coffeyville, KS to MHC Kenworth in Joplin. He is super nice and personable and makes an owner ops worst day not seem so bad. Will definitely be using this company if I ever need towed again
I was having an issues with electrical wiring which was smoldering under the dash in a company van. Had to be towed back to the yard. Fast and friendly service, I would recommend this wrecker highly.

Great service. My son’s car needed pulled out from the median and they responded quickly. Dude (the driver) was super friendly and had our car out in a jiffy.
Said it would cost us 550 to get our things out of it. Just personal things. Car was there less then 24 hours. Lol would not recommend wasn't even our fault the car was there. Accident wasn't our fault.

Ricky was able to help me get my vehicle towed 50 miles from where it was left, He was more than happy to do it and went out of his way to change drop off locations for me, Would definitely recommend Ricky and M&M to friends and family!!
Good service and customer service but make sure the tow driver connect your drive shaft back otherwise dealer will charge you and make you buy bolt over 140$

From being dead on I-44 in my truck and camper it took a phone call. The girl answered (Sharon?) called around to get my truck into a shop, to save it from being moved twice. Ricky showed up quickly. Very nice guy. Took care of EVERYTHING very professionally. Dropped my truck at a mechanic for a Monday appointment, brought me, my dogs and my camper to a nearby campground. Not from the area, never have been towed before.... honestly, I was impressed by the whole thing. Thank you all for getting me out of a very bad situation and landing safely. Tracy

I hit a curb to prevent accident & blew 2 tires. Dude showed up within 10 minutes, took car to tire store & realized other damage. Since I lived out of town, he drove me to my mechanic & then to my home. Will sure use them again if it’s needed. He went out of his way to be so helpful.
The office staff (I don't remember her name unfortunately) was very helpful taking time to talk with me about hauling a storage container locally. I appreciate her taking time to talk details, directions, etc...! Our driver, Billy, was professional, great at navigating tight spaces, & just did an all around wonderful job! Great customer service is something me & my husband want to support since we, too, own a local business and try to provide that for our customers. Definitely recommend this company!!

Would recommend M&M Wrecker to anyone in need. Quick service time. My serviceman, Billy, was professional yet friendly. And the tow truck was actually clean unlike past experiences having been towed. Definitely 5 star company.
My friend a disabled vet was in a car accident yesterday we asked the tow truck driver if we would be Able to access the car he said yes. I didn’t realize the real answer was based on insurance that we’d owe almost five hundred for a tow and overnight storage. Gaining seventy a day. Ridiculous we have our medicine and braces medically in the car. I’m mid move yet not everything organized. So I know the medication is in there as well as my liscence. They are preventing me from accessing me unless I pay almost $500 awful scam.
