The guy working the front desk had exceptional customer service and a great attitude. They found multiple vehicles that had what I wanted and suggested the best and cheapest while showing pictures of the options. I actually tried to buy online first and it suggested shipping at a crazy $438 freight, but since I lived 5 minutes from the Joplin location I stopped in. Somehow I paid $25 less than lkq's online price with no shipping obviously, and about 15% of the price of remanufactured parts.
Tried calling to talk to someone, but I guess their customer service isn’t the best, or not when they’re openly in the wrong. The wrong part was delivered to my shop, Mac? (Not sure the name but the clown who called) was sure the shop does not know what they are doing or it’s a shipping issue or whatever other excuses he wanted to use. Photos sent, showing the difference in transmissions, he’s still wanting to argue it’s the shops fault. Went as far as to recommend taking to a different shop. Then spam calls 5 times in less than a minute after being put on a brief hold for not even 5 seconds. I’m assuming to say a delivery truck is being sent out to collect their mess up, I am not sure, they never picked up any call when I tried calling back. No apology, only a text saying to “keep my mouth shut”, -5/5 if I could
Wanna give a shoutout to Mr. Kyle for always remaining professional and giving great customer service even on the tough days! Dealing with the public is sometimes challenging and keeping it professional is too. Kudos to you and keep up the good work!
I needed a discontinued part for my semi. I searched with no luck around my area. Called LKQ and Brady went above and beyond searching all the places he could and had my part located by the end of the day and shipped to me next day. He saved my week, and got me a used part that was in great shape.
Great customer service, they called me to let me know my part was ready to be picked up. They even searched for other parts that I needed in order to get me the best deal. I definitely would recommend them for all your needed repair parts.

I called them they had the part but they couldn’t get it pulled the same day and I was going to cost a little bit more than the other place for a used window. Got a brand new one for $50 from another location are use OK Q and I can’t find it. They got it only downside to get in the window from the other place. I had to order two windows to get one to fit.
I forgot a very important piece inside my core transmission. I talked to Nathan and he was able to get some guys to pull it out and overnight it to me! I give them a five star for going above and beyond with their service!
Stopped by here looking for an engine, was dealing with Terry, they didn’t have what I was looking for but Terry went above and beyond to locate what I was needing and gave me the info to where it was. I then called about it and drove straight to the place and purchased it. I’ve been having a hard time finding this particular engine and Terry was awesome at finding what I needed for a very reasonable price!

I drove from siloam springs ar to pick up a transfer case & they gave me the wrong one. So had to not only pay my mech. But also make another trip to Joplin, mo. To get the right one.
They won't let you walk the yard so you can get the exact part your looking for and my extra goodies, im sick of having to drive to Wichita, ks. That's 130 miles out of my way fir hard to find parts. Joplin mo you folks need to charge at least $10 a person to enter your yard if your so worried about theft and accidents, thats what wavers are for.

The one in north Texas sucks. Warning: IF you purchase from this company they will add a tax right before you hit the "buy" button. Sneaky. They sell on eBay and are being looked into due to shady pricing.
Screwed me around, 1 fuel tank was gonna get was no good, 2nd one they actually sent me was wrong one, 3rd they have to order week goes by turns out they can't find that one. Down to 1 vehicle for 2 weeks. Won't use again.
Ordered the part two days ago, they said I'd be ready in 24 hrs, I show up for them to tell me or was bad. I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Bad customer service!
