called M&M Wreckers at eight o’clock at night and they arrived within 20 minutes. Ricky Hendrick helped me, and his work was outstanding. My car had jumped a dolly and turned sideways, and he had it safely corrected, loaded onto a flatbed, and ready to go in about 20 minutes with zero damage to the vehicle. His skill and professionalism were obvious from start to finish.

Called m&m to tow my truck home from Carthage to oronogo. Chris was excellent. Friendly, fast and skilled. There are cheaper companies around, but my truck made it home with zero damage. Highly recommend these guys. For reference: my truck is 27 feet long, in a crowded parking lot.

While pulling our camper we broke down 5 miles north of Carthage. Ricky showed up within 15 minutes. He was very professional. We asked him which repair shop he recommended and it was one that we were thinking of going to. Ricky called the owner and told him the situation and got permission for us to stay the night in the lot next to the shop. Ricky went beyond what most operators would do. We highly recommend M&M.

My 2 year old truck quit running on Christmas Eve about 4PM. I called M & M and they were super nice. There was an emergency that came up on the highway and they apologized because they would need extra time to get to me. Ricky showed up about an hour later and apologized for the wait but explained the situation as there had been a huge wreck on the highway. Thank you to Cody for taking care of us quickly when we hit a deer on the interstate. He showed up promptly, loaded up the truck and went the extra mile to take us back home to Joplin after unloading the truck at the yard. We are so thankful.
This was the most horrible experience I have have had. Whoever answers the phone needs to find manners, just common decency at the least especially when your paying over 300$ for over night. If I could I’d give this a negative 5 star rating. The lady would not work with us on time. Said we had to be there by 4 or we would have to pay another 90$ Tom on top of the 321. Absolutely crazy. I work till 3:30 and she refused to work with me. You would think they want people to pick up their cars. The guy was super nice but that lady in the office needs to find Jesus. Maybe she won’t be so miserable. I am a sever and have come across rude people but this woman take the cake. So mean. Would hang up on me when I would call for more info. Literally thanking her for her time and click. Clearly this lady hates life and takes it out on all around her. I honestly feel sorry bc my gosh who would want to choose that misery everyday. You have a choice. To choose happy. She chooses mean and heartless. If you need a tow DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE! If your car gets towed just know it got towed to the absolute most expensive worst place around.
They got to me within minutes and seem to have done a great job. I'm taking the jeep to the dealership to get it checked out, after ending up in a pretty deep ditch up against a tree. Minimal damage to my vehicle, the wrecker driver, Matt, did a great job -he was very careful and professional.
Highly recommend M&M Wrecker and Storage. Shawn was fast to respond, extremely courteous and efficient, great communication, excellent equipment to get the job done and made the breakdown a wonderful experience in the middle of the night. Had heavy duty Large truck hauling equipment to tow a GMC Sierra 3500HD duramax with a 50 foot car trailer to his lot when no one else could assist, not even the rental or my insurance roadside coverage. Came out to the busted truck (blown fuel pump in the middle of 44 East) and got everything hooked up and out of the way very quickly. Shawn even went out of his way to make sure we got to a hotel for the night and had someone pick us up again from the hotel in the morning to finish everything up. Not only was he a lifesaver but he even drove us to and from his business to a hotel without any questions and gave clearly communicated options about where he recommended towing to, where to fix the truck, fifth wheel and gooseneck options for the take 3 trailer and even where we could still get a snack later at night if we were hungry. Cannot recommend this business enough! Would use them every time and you won’t be disappointed in your experience. 24 hour service with neighborly professionalism. Their fleet of rigs to haul and tow with are truly impressive, clean and very well maintained too. A huge thank you and Aloha!
